Current Situation and Reasonable Construction of Consumption Value of Rural Residents in Kongpo

On the basis of analyzing the consumption status of rural residents in Kongpo,it can be seen that the concept of consumption value of rural residents in Kongpo tends to be cautious in daily consumption. There also exist premature consumption and excessive consumption that are centralized,seasonal and religious. This paper aims to put forward countermeasures and suggestions for guiding the rural residents in Kongpo to develop a scientific concept of consumption value in the light of the factors that restrict the formation of scientific consumption value among rural residents.

Practice of Poverty Alleviation in Ethnic Minority Areas and Its Enlightenment to Rural Revitalization Strategy: A Case Study of Qiandongnan Prefecture

The revitalization of ethnic minority areas is an important part of China’s implementation of rural revitalization strategy. According to the experience accumulated in the preliminary poverty alleviation work of Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture,this article summaries the main contents of Qiandongnan Prefecture’s poverty alleviation work from the aspects of key point( rural industries),assisting forces( ethnic culture and folklore industry) and important guarantee( human resources),and proposes that the rural revitalization strategy can be implemented in ethnic minority areas through consolidating the fundamental role of industrial revitalization in rural revitalization,promoting the prosperity of rural culture to realize simultaneous revitalization of rural industries and rural culture,promoting the revitalization of rural talents,and stimulating the vitality of rural areas.

Application regularity of medicinal and dietary substances for patients during COVID-19 rehabilitation

Objective This study focused on the application regularity of medicinal and dietary sub-stances(MDS)of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)diet therapy during rehabilitation,in order to help patients with Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19)reduce sequelae and improve their life quality.Methods The official websites of the national and provincial health committees,the website of the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the China BioMedical Literature Database(CBM),China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),China Science and Technology Journal Database(VIP),and Wanfang Database were used to search the keywords,such as“coronavirus”“novel coronavirus pneumonia”“COVID-19”“protocol”“guideline”“consensus”and“rehabilitation period”.The search time was from the establishment of databases to July 31,2022.The prevention and control protocols of various provinces and cities were manually supplemented and screened out.The information on the frequency,property,flavor,meridian tropism,and efficacy of MDS was collected for association rule analysis through the Apriori algorithm.Hierarchical cluster analysis was performed using the Euclidean distance and longest distance.Results A total of 18 protocols were screened out,including 56 lists of TCM diet therapy,and 47 kinds of MDS with a frequency of 132 times during the rehabilitation of COVID-19.Among them,six lists of diet therapy were collected from national websites,26 from local government websites,and 24 from social and academic institution websites.The intended population can be divided into seven categories including normal recovery,lung-spleen Qi deficiency,deficiency of both Qi and Yin,spleen-stomach weakness,deficiency of Yang Qi,kidney Qi deficiency,and blood deficiency.Shanyao(Dioscoreae Rhizoma)and Lianzi(Nelumbinis Semen),followed by Dazao(Jujubae Fructus)were used most commonly in MDS,with mainly flat property,sweet flavor,and spleen and lung meridians in meridian tropism.Besides,deficiency-tonifying drugs were commonly used in MDS.Through association rule analysis,12 groups of association MDS pairs were obtained.The pair of Yiyiren(Coicis Semen)and Chenpi(Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium)had the highest Lift value,and Yiyiren(Coicis Semen)was used most frequently in the MDS category for eliminating pathogenic factors.The results of complex network analysis showed that the core MDS were Yiyiren(Coicis Semen),Shanyao(Dioscoreae Rhizoma),Huangqi(Astragali Radix),Fuling(Poria),and Dazao(Jujubae Fructus).Three core categories were classified by cluster analysis,including the category of strengthening spleen,nourishing kidney,and grasping Qi,the category of removing phlegm,abating panting,and regulating Qi,and the category of strengthening the middle-energizer and reinforcing Qi.Conclusion Based on the TCM theory,most patients during the rehabilitation of COVID-19 are in a state of lingering pathogens due to deficient vital Qi.TCM diet therapy is based on the principle of“giving both reinforcing and reducing treatment”,and the MDS combinations focus on both reinforcing the health Qi and eliminating pathogenic factors.The diet therapy mainly uses the MDS with flat property and sweet flavor,which belongs to deficiency-tonifying drugs,adding suitable MDS of pathogen-eliminating drugs according to different situations.The ultimate goal is to promote lung inflammation absorption,improve pulmonary fibrosis,increase immunity,reduce the occurrence of sequelae,and improve life quality.

Going-out Behaviors of Patients with Chronic Diseases When Purchasing Drugs During Covid-19

Objective:This study sheds light on the going-out behaviors of patients with chronic diseases when purchasing drugs during COVID-19,explores what factors influence these behaviors,and makes recommendations to guarantee the pharmaceutical treatment of patients with chronic diseases.Methods:A questionnaire based on the health belief model(HBM)was designed and convenience sampling was employed to administer the online questionnaires.The influence of the respondents’demographic information on their going-out behaviors was analyzed by means of multiple linear regression.A structural equation model(SEM)was constructed to explore how health beliefs related to chronic diseases and COVID-19 influenced patients’going-out behaviors.Results:A total of 869 questionnaires were analyzed.The structural equation model revealed that while the severity of the chronic disease had a direct positive effect on going-out behaviors(l=0.106),chronic disease behavior barriers had a direct negative effect on their going-out behaviors(l=-0.204).Conclusion:Educational background,co-living situation,and income could influence patients’going-out behaviors.The severity of the chronic disease and chronic disease behavior barriers directly affected patients’going-out behaviors.Furthermore,patients’health beliefs about COVID-19 ultimately affected their going-out behaviors by influencing their health beliefs related to chronic disease.

The Influencing Factors on the Growth of Economic and Management Talents Based on Structural Equation Model—A Case Study of Sichuan Province

To analyze the influencing factors on the growth of economic and management talents in China's Sichuan Province, this paper constructs an analysis framework for the growth of economic and management talents, takes 340 economic management scholars in 53 higher education institutions in Sichuan Province as the research objects, uses CV analysis to organize their CVs and information, and constructs an evaluation index system combined with system science theory for the influencing factors from five dimensions: Educational experience, work experience, research experience, part-time experience, and award experience. Correlation analysis and structural equation model are used to systematically analyze the influencing factors on the growth of economic and management talents. The experimental results show that work experience, research experience, and award experience have a direct positive significant influence on talent growth;research experience and award experience play mediating roles in the influence of talent growth. This paper enriches the theoretical dimensions of this research field and explores the interactions among these factors. It also helps to improve the cultivation and development mode of economic and management talents in the western region. Furthermore, it provides guidance and reference for the role of talents in promoting economic growth, industrial upgrading, and sustainable development.
