The results show that, the root systems of subsequent generations (generation 1998, 2000) developed satisfactorily, only a few initial generation (generation 1990, 1994) cuttings rooted and the root growth was inhibited. Around the period of callus formation and root projection through the epidermis, there was a marked, regular variation in the levels of IAA, ABA and GA4 between the initial generations and subsequent generations.展开更多
BACKGROUND Acute pancreatitis(AP),as a common acute abdomen disease,has a high incidence rate worldwide and is often accompanied by severe complications.Negative emotions lead to increased secretion of stress hormones...BACKGROUND Acute pancreatitis(AP),as a common acute abdomen disease,has a high incidence rate worldwide and is often accompanied by severe complications.Negative emotions lead to increased secretion of stress hormones,elevated blood sugar levels,and enhanced insulin resistance,which in turn increases the risk of AP and significantly affects the patient's quality of life.Therefore,exploring the intervention effects of narrative nursing programs on the negative emotions of patients with AP is not only helpful in alleviating psychological stress and improving quality of life but also has significant implications for improving disease outcomes and prognosis.AIM To construct a narrative nursing model for negative emotions in patients with AP and verify its efficacy in application.METHODS Through Delphi expert consultation,a narrative nursing model for negative emotions in patients with AP was constructed.A non-randomized quasi-experimental study design was used in this study.A total of 92 patients with AP with negative emotions admitted to a tertiary hospital in Nantong City of Jiangsu Province,China from September 2022 to August 2023 were recruited by convenience sampling,among whom 46 patients admitted from September 2022 to February 2023 were included in the observation group,and 46 patients from March to August 2023 were selected as control group.The observation group received narrative nursing plan,while the control group was given with routine nursing.Self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),positive and negative affect scale(PANAS),caring behavior scale,patient satisfaction scale and 36-item short form health survey questionnaire(SF-36)were used to evaluate their emotions,satisfaction and caring behaviors in the two groups on the day of discharge,1-and 3-month following discharge.RESULTS According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,a total of 45 cases in the intervention group and 44 cases in the control group eventually recruited and completed in the study.On the day of discharge,the intervention group showed significantly lower scores of SAS,SDS and negative emotion(28.57±4.52 vs 17.4±4.44,P<0.001),whereas evidently higher outcomes in the positive emotion score,Caring behavior scale score and satisfaction score compared to the control group(P<0.05).Repeated measurement analysis of variance showed that significant between-group differences were found in time effect,inter-group effect and interaction effect of SAS and PANAS scores as well as in time effect and inter-group effect of SF-36 scores(P<0.05);the SF-36 scores of two groups at 3 months after discharge were higher than those at 1 month after discharge(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The application of narrative nursing protocols has demonstrated significant effectiveness in alleviating anxiety,ameliorating negative emotions,and enhancing satisfaction among patients with AP.展开更多
The global planetary boundary layer height(PBLH)estimated from 11 years(2007–17)of Integrated Global Radiosonde Archive(IGRA)data,Constellation Observing System for Meteorology,Ionosphere and Climate(COSMIC)soundings...The global planetary boundary layer height(PBLH)estimated from 11 years(2007–17)of Integrated Global Radiosonde Archive(IGRA)data,Constellation Observing System for Meteorology,Ionosphere and Climate(COSMIC)soundings,and European Center for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts(ECMWF)interim reanalysis(ERAInterim)data,are compared in this study.In general,the spatial distribution of global PBLH derived from ERAInterim is consistent with the one from IGRA,both at 1200 UTC and 0000 UTC.High PBLH occurs at noon local time,because of strong radiation energy and convective activity.There are larger differences between the results of COSMIC and the other two datasets.PBLHs derived from COSMIC are much higher than those from radiosonde and reanalysis data.However,PBLHs derived from the three datasets all exhibit higher values in the low latitudes and lower ones in the high latitudes.The latitudinal difference between IGRA and COSMIC ranges from−1700 m to−500 m,while it ranges from−500 m to 250 m for IGRA and ERA-Interim.It is found that the differences among the three datasets are larger in winter and smaller in summer for most studied latitudes.展开更多
The Coronavirus Disease 2019(COVID-19)is wreaking havoc around the world,bring out that the enormous pressure on national health and medical staff systems.One of the most effective and critical steps in the fight agai...The Coronavirus Disease 2019(COVID-19)is wreaking havoc around the world,bring out that the enormous pressure on national health and medical staff systems.One of the most effective and critical steps in the fight against COVID-19,is to examine the patient’s lungs based on the Chest X-ray and CT generated by radiation imaging.In this paper,five keras-related deep learning models:ResNet50,InceptionResNetV2,Xception,transfer learning and pre-trained VGGNet16 is applied to formulate an classification-detection approaches of COVID-19.Two benchmark methods SVM(Support Vector Machine),CNN(Conventional Neural Networks)are provided to compare with the classification-detection approaches based on the performance indicators,i.e.,precision,recall,F1 scores,confusion matrix,classification accuracy and three types of AUC(Area Under Curve).The highest classification accuracy derived by classification-detection based on 5857 Chest X-rays and 767 Chest CTs are respectively 84%and 75%,which shows that the keras-related deep learning approaches facilitate accurate and effective COVID-19-assisted detection.展开更多
The study adopted split block design with different treatment levels of density and fertilizer to investigate the growth period,population tiller dynamics,leaf area,dry matter accumulation,plant traits,panicle-grain s...The study adopted split block design with different treatment levels of density and fertilizer to investigate the growth period,population tiller dynamics,leaf area,dry matter accumulation,plant traits,panicle-grain structure,yielding ability and stress resistance of Tongjing 981 under different density and nitrogen fertilizer levels,so as to make clear the effects of different densities and nitrogen fertilizer levels on the population development and yield of Tongjing 981.The results showed that a too-low density was not conductive to the formation of sufficient number of panicles,and when the density was too high,it affected the number of grains per panicle and 1000-grain weight;and when nitrogen fertilizer was at a too-low level,it would restrict the population development,and a too-high nitrogen fertilizer easily led to the extension of the growth period and the aggravation of sheath blight.Reasonable density and fertilization level could make the development of individuals in Tongjing 981 population coordinated,and further help to establish a reasonable population structure,maintain a high leaf area and dry matter accumulation during the filling period,and balance the relationship of population dry matter weight with economic coefficient and panicle,grain and weight,thereby improving the population quality and yield of Tongjing 981.展开更多

The results showed that the number of panicles per unit area, number of filled grains per panicle and 1 000-grain weight all had very significant yield increasing effects, and the number of panicles per unit area played a leading role. However, the yield increasing effects of the number of panicles per unit area and number of filled grains per panicle are equally important when the basic seedlings are more or the N fertilizer application rate is large. In practical production, a major factor should be determined among the yield components, and rational cultivation measures should be taken accordingly, to improve yield.展开更多

[ Method ] By adding 100 mg/kg compound probiotics, 100 mg/kg compound enzyme preparation, 500 and 1 000 mg/kg eu-commin in the basal diet, binary hybrid pigs weighing about 15 kg were reared for 102 d, and the feed added with 300 mg/kg colistin sul- fate was used as control. [ Result] Using compound prebiotics and compound enzyme preparation to substitute antibiotics had no adverse effects on daily weight gain, daily feed intake and feed gain ratio of 15 -90 kg fattening pigs; using eu-commin to substitute antibiotics had no adverse effect on daily weight gain, daily feed intake and feed gain ratio of 15 - 30 kg fattening pigs, but had significant influence on daily weight gain of 30 - 90 kg fattening pigs ( P 〈 0.05 ). Methods: A to...Objective: To investigate the relationship between serum procalcitonin (PCT) and C-reactive protein (CRP) combined with the proportion of atypical lymphocytes and severity of respiratory virus infection. Methods: A total of 113 children with respiratory infection in our hospital from January 2018 to August 2018 were enrolled. According to the type of infection, they were divided into bacterial infection group (n=38) and virus infection group (n=52), 60 healthy children were selected as the control group. Serum PCT, CRP and atypical lymphocyte ratios were measured in each group, and the relationship between them and the severity of the disease was analyzed. Results: The serum CRP and PCT in the bacterial infection group were significantly higher than those in the virus-infected group and the control group. While The ratio of atypical lymphocytes in the virus-infected group was significantly higher than that in the bacterial-infected group and the control group;The serum PCR, CRP and atypical lymphocyte ratio gradually increased with the severity of the disease, the difference was statistically significant. Pearson correlation analysis showed that serum PCT, CRP content and atypical lymphocyte ratio were significantly positively correlated with the severity of the disease. The positive rate of PCR and CRP in the bacterial infection group was significantly higher than that in the virus infection group. The positive rate of heterotypic lymphocyte ratio was significantly lower than that in the virus infection group. Conclusion: The detection of serum PCT and CRP levels has a good diagnostic value for bacterial respiratory infections. The ratio of atypical lymphocytes can be used as a preliminary aid in the diagnosis of respiratory virus infection-related diseases. The combination of the two is of great significance for the clinical diagnosis of children with respiratory infections.展开更多
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of kunfukang capsule on improving uterine microcirculation in patients with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease, and to observe its influence on levels of CRP, GM-CSF a...Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of kunfukang capsule on improving uterine microcirculation in patients with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease, and to observe its influence on levels of CRP, GM-CSF and MCP-1 in peripheral blood.Methods: 126 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were selected and divided into control group and observation group with 63 cases in each group according to the random number table method. Patients in the control group were given azithromycin tablets orally, while patients in the observation group were treated with kunfukang capsule on the basis of control group,7days for a course of treatment, 4 courses of continuous treatment. The purpose of this study was to compare the clinical effects of treatment between the two groups, evaluate the TCM syndrome score, observe the levels of CRP, GM-CSF and MCP-1 in uterine microcirculation and peripheral blood, and record the adverse reactions of patients during treatment.Results: The effective rate of 90.48% in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group of 77.78%(P<0.05). After treatment, the total score of TCM syndromes was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The improvement of uterine microcirculation was more obvious, and the PI and RI were significantly decreased compared with the control group, while Vs, Vd and Vm were increased compared with the control group (P<0.05). The levels of CRP, GM-CSF and MCP-1 in peripheral blood were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). During the treatment, the adverse reaction rate of 7.94% in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group of 25.40% (P<0.05).Conclusion: Kun fu kang capsule combined with azithromycin is beneficial to reduce pelvic mass in sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease and alleviate clinical symptoms. The mechanism may be related to improving the status of uterine microcirculation and inhibiting CRP, GM-CSF and MCP-1 levels in peripheral blood to reduce inflammatory infiltration of pelvic tissue, which is safe and reliable.展开更多

Methods: A total of 120 patients who underwent spinal surgery in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2018 were collected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 60 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given sufentanil for analgesia, while the patients in the observation group were given dexmedetomidine combined with sufentanil for analgesia. Before and after operation, the levels of adrenocortical hormone (ACTH), cortisol (Cor), serum insulin (Ins), peripheral blood nerve growth factor (NGF), neurotrophic factor (BDNF), adrenaline (Adr), norepinephrine (NE), endothelin-1 (ET-1), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and C reactive protein (CRP) were measured and compared between the patients in the two groups. Result: The serum levels of ACTH, Cor, Ins, Adr, NE, ET-1, TNF-α and CRP of patients in the control group and observation group were significantly increased after operation, while the serum levels of ACTH, Cor, Ins, Adr, NE, ET-1, TNF-α and CRP of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The serum levels of NGF and BDNF of patients in the observation group were significantly increased after operation. The serum levels of NGF and BDNF of patients in the control group were significantly decreased. Conclusion: Dexmedetomidine combined with sufentanil for spinal surgery analgesia can effectively control the levels of post-operative stress and reduce the influence on neurological function of patients. In the present study,we aimed to prepare Panax japonicus tablets and carry out quality inspection.Panax japonicus tablets were prepared by ultrafine pulverization-wet granulation,and quality inspection was carried out...In the present study,we aimed to prepare Panax japonicus tablets and carry out quality inspection.Panax japonicus tablets were prepared by ultrafine pulverization-wet granulation,and quality inspection was carried out according to Pharmacopoeia regulations.The plasma concentration of animals with self-made Panax japonicus tablets or ginsenoside Rg3 in single-dose intragastric administration was determined by high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The pharmacokinetic parameters and relative bioavailability were calculated by DAS 2.0 software.The quality inspection of self-made Panax japonicus tablets met the requirements of Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2015 edition),and this preparation had high bioequivalence of ginsenoside Rg3.The preparation of Panax japonicus tablets was reasonable and highly qualified.Moreover,this new Panax japonicus preparation showed better profiles in oral absorption and utilization.This study provided evidence for the industrial production and clinical application of Panax japonicus tablets.展开更多
Peripheral nerve injury(PNI)seriously affects the health and life of patients,and is an urgent clinical problem that needs to be resolved.Nerve implants prepared from various biomaterials have played a positive role i...Peripheral nerve injury(PNI)seriously affects the health and life of patients,and is an urgent clinical problem that needs to be resolved.Nerve implants prepared from various biomaterials have played a positive role in PNI,but the effect should be further improved and thus new biomaterials is urgently needed.Ovalbumin(OVA)contains a variety of bioactive components,low immunogenicity,tolerance,antimicrobial activity,non-toxicity and biodegradability,and has the ability to promote wound healing,cell growth and antimicrobial properties.However,there are few studies on the application of OVA in neural tissue engineering.In this study,OVA implants with different spatial structures(membrane,fiber,and lyophilized scaffolds)were constructed by casting,electrospinning,and freeze-drying methods,respectively.The results showed that the OVA implants had excellent physicochemical properties and were biocompatible without significant toxicity,and can promote vascularization,show good histocompatibility,without excessive inflammatory response and immunogenicity.The in vitro results showed that OVA implants could promote the proliferation and migration of Schwann cells,while the in vivo results confirmed that OVA implants(the E5/70%and 20 kV 20μL/min groups)could effectively regulate the growth of blood vessels,reduce the inflammatory response and promote the repair of subcutaneous nerve injury.Further on,the high-throughput sequencing results showed that the OVA implants up-regulated differential expression of genes related to biological processes such as tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),phosphatidylinositide 3-kinases/protein kinase B(PI3K-Akt)signaling pathway,axon guidance,cellular adhesion junctions,and nerve regeneration in Schwann cells.The present study is expected to provide new design concepts and theoretical accumulation for the development of a new generation of nerve regeneration implantable biomaterials.展开更多
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture(EA)plus long-snake moxibustion for rheumatoid arthritis(RA)due to kidney deficiency and cold coagulation.Methods:A total of 60 patients in active stage ...Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture(EA)plus long-snake moxibustion for rheumatoid arthritis(RA)due to kidney deficiency and cold coagulation.Methods:A total of 60 patients in active stage of RA were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group took methotrexate tablets and nimesulide dispersible tablets orally for treatment,while those in the observation group received additional treatment of EA plus long-snake moxibustion.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.The post-treatment changes in symptomatic grading and quantifying score,disease activity score with 28 joint counts(DAS28),and inflammatory indicators erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)and C-reactive protein(CRP)were observed,and the efficacy was evaluated.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was 89.9%,versus 76.6%in the control group,and there was a significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptomatic grading and quantifying score and DAS28 in both groups were significantly improved(all P<0.05),and the improvements in the observation group were more significant than those in the control group(both P<0.05).Besides,there were 11 cases with low disease activity index(DAI)and in remission in the observation group versus 5 cases in the control group,showing a statistically significant between-group difference(P<0.05).The ESR and CRP scores in both groups were significantly reduced after treatment(all P<0.05),also showing statistically significant between-group differences(both P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of additional EA plus long-snake moxibustion based on oral medications for RA due to kidney deficiency and cold coagulation is better than that of the oral medications alone.展开更多

文摘The global planetary boundary layer height(PBLH)estimated from 11 years(2007–17)of Integrated Global Radiosonde Archive(IGRA)data,Constellation Observing System for Meteorology,Ionosphere and Climate(COSMIC)soundings,and European Center for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts(ECMWF)interim reanalysis(ERAInterim)data,are compared in this study.In general,the spatial distribution of global PBLH derived from ERAInterim is consistent with the one from IGRA,both at 1200 UTC and 0000 UTC.High PBLH occurs at noon local time,because of strong radiation energy and convective activity.There are larger differences between the results of COSMIC and the other two datasets.PBLHs derived from COSMIC are much higher than those from radiosonde and reanalysis data.However,PBLHs derived from the three datasets all exhibit higher values in the low latitudes and lower ones in the high latitudes.The latitudinal difference between IGRA and COSMIC ranges from−1700 m to−500 m,while it ranges from−500 m to 250 m for IGRA and ERA-Interim.It is found that the differences among the three datasets are larger in winter and smaller in summer for most studied latitudes.

文摘The Coronavirus Disease 2019(COVID-19)is wreaking havoc around the world,bring out that the enormous pressure on national health and medical staff systems.One of the most effective and critical steps in the fight against COVID-19,is to examine the patient’s lungs based on the Chest X-ray and CT generated by radiation imaging.In this paper,five keras-related deep learning models:ResNet50,InceptionResNetV2,Xception,transfer learning and pre-trained VGGNet16 is applied to formulate an classification-detection approaches of COVID-19.Two benchmark methods SVM(Support Vector Machine),CNN(Conventional Neural Networks)are provided to compare with the classification-detection approaches based on the performance indicators,i.e.,precision,recall,F1 scores,confusion matrix,classification accuracy and three types of AUC(Area Under Curve).The highest classification accuracy derived by classification-detection based on 5857 Chest X-rays and 767 Chest CTs are respectively 84%and 75%,which shows that the keras-related deep learning approaches facilitate accurate and effective COVID-19-assisted detection.

文摘The study adopted split block design with different treatment levels of density and fertilizer to investigate the growth period,population tiller dynamics,leaf area,dry matter accumulation,plant traits,panicle-grain structure,yielding ability and stress resistance of Tongjing 981 under different density and nitrogen fertilizer levels,so as to make clear the effects of different densities and nitrogen fertilizer levels on the population development and yield of Tongjing 981.The results showed that a too-low density was not conductive to the formation of sufficient number of panicles,and when the density was too high,it affected the number of grains per panicle and 1000-grain weight;and when nitrogen fertilizer was at a too-low level,it would restrict the population development,and a too-high nitrogen fertilizer easily led to the extension of the growth period and the aggravation of sheath blight.Reasonable density and fertilization level could make the development of individuals in Tongjing 981 population coordinated,and further help to establish a reasonable population structure,maintain a high leaf area and dry matter accumulation during the filling period,and balance the relationship of population dry matter weight with economic coefficient and panicle,grain and weight,thereby improving the population quality and yield of Tongjing 981.

文摘The yield and yield components of Japonica variety Tongjing 981 under different density and fertilization levels were studied through regression and correlation and path analysis. The results showed that the number of panicles per unit area, number of filled grains per panicle and 1 000-grain weight all had very significant yield increasing effects, and the number of panicles per unit area played a leading role. However, the yield increasing effects of the number of panicles per unit area and number of filled grains per panicle are equally important when the basic seedlings are more or the N fertilizer application rate is large. In practical production, a major factor should be determined among the yield components, and rational cultivation measures should be taken accordingly, to improve yield.

文摘[ Objective ] The aim was to discuss effects of different antibiotics substitutes on production performance of fattening pigs, and to lay a foundation for development and application of antibiotics-free pig feed. [ Method ] By adding 100 mg/kg compound probiotics, 100 mg/kg compound enzyme preparation, 500 and 1 000 mg/kg eu-commin in the basal diet, binary hybrid pigs weighing about 15 kg were reared for 102 d, and the feed added with 300 mg/kg colistin sul- fate was used as control. [ Result] Using compound prebiotics and compound enzyme preparation to substitute antibiotics had no adverse effects on daily weight gain, daily feed intake and feed gain ratio of 15 -90 kg fattening pigs; using eu-commin to substitute antibiotics had no adverse effect on daily weight gain, daily feed intake and feed gain ratio of 15 - 30 kg fattening pigs, but had significant influence on daily weight gain of 30 - 90 kg fattening pigs ( P 〈 0.05 ). [ Conclusion] It is feasible to develop antibiotics-free pig feed by using new type of green environmental-friendly additive instead of antibiotics.
文摘Objective: To investigate the relationship between serum procalcitonin (PCT) and C-reactive protein (CRP) combined with the proportion of atypical lymphocytes and severity of respiratory virus infection. Methods: A total of 113 children with respiratory infection in our hospital from January 2018 to August 2018 were enrolled. According to the type of infection, they were divided into bacterial infection group (n=38) and virus infection group (n=52), 60 healthy children were selected as the control group. Serum PCT, CRP and atypical lymphocyte ratios were measured in each group, and the relationship between them and the severity of the disease was analyzed. Results: The serum CRP and PCT in the bacterial infection group were significantly higher than those in the virus-infected group and the control group. While The ratio of atypical lymphocytes in the virus-infected group was significantly higher than that in the bacterial-infected group and the control group;The serum PCR, CRP and atypical lymphocyte ratio gradually increased with the severity of the disease, the difference was statistically significant. Pearson correlation analysis showed that serum PCT, CRP content and atypical lymphocyte ratio were significantly positively correlated with the severity of the disease. The positive rate of PCR and CRP in the bacterial infection group was significantly higher than that in the virus infection group. The positive rate of heterotypic lymphocyte ratio was significantly lower than that in the virus infection group. Conclusion: The detection of serum PCT and CRP levels has a good diagnostic value for bacterial respiratory infections. The ratio of atypical lymphocytes can be used as a preliminary aid in the diagnosis of respiratory virus infection-related diseases. The combination of the two is of great significance for the clinical diagnosis of children with respiratory infections.
文摘Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of kunfukang capsule on improving uterine microcirculation in patients with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease, and to observe its influence on levels of CRP, GM-CSF and MCP-1 in peripheral blood.Methods: 126 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were selected and divided into control group and observation group with 63 cases in each group according to the random number table method. Patients in the control group were given azithromycin tablets orally, while patients in the observation group were treated with kunfukang capsule on the basis of control group,7days for a course of treatment, 4 courses of continuous treatment. The purpose of this study was to compare the clinical effects of treatment between the two groups, evaluate the TCM syndrome score, observe the levels of CRP, GM-CSF and MCP-1 in uterine microcirculation and peripheral blood, and record the adverse reactions of patients during treatment.Results: The effective rate of 90.48% in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group of 77.78%(P<0.05). After treatment, the total score of TCM syndromes was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The improvement of uterine microcirculation was more obvious, and the PI and RI were significantly decreased compared with the control group, while Vs, Vd and Vm were increased compared with the control group (P<0.05). The levels of CRP, GM-CSF and MCP-1 in peripheral blood were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). During the treatment, the adverse reaction rate of 7.94% in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group of 25.40% (P<0.05).Conclusion: Kun fu kang capsule combined with azithromycin is beneficial to reduce pelvic mass in sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease and alleviate clinical symptoms. The mechanism may be related to improving the status of uterine microcirculation and inhibiting CRP, GM-CSF and MCP-1 levels in peripheral blood to reduce inflammatory infiltration of pelvic tissue, which is safe and reliable.

文摘Objective: To investigate the effect of dexmedetomidine on stress index, neurological function and related factors in patients after spinal surgery. Methods: A total of 120 patients who underwent spinal surgery in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2018 were collected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 60 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given sufentanil for analgesia, while the patients in the observation group were given dexmedetomidine combined with sufentanil for analgesia. Before and after operation, the levels of adrenocortical hormone (ACTH), cortisol (Cor), serum insulin (Ins), peripheral blood nerve growth factor (NGF), neurotrophic factor (BDNF), adrenaline (Adr), norepinephrine (NE), endothelin-1 (ET-1), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and C reactive protein (CRP) were measured and compared between the patients in the two groups. Result: The serum levels of ACTH, Cor, Ins, Adr, NE, ET-1, TNF-α and CRP of patients in the control group and observation group were significantly increased after operation, while the serum levels of ACTH, Cor, Ins, Adr, NE, ET-1, TNF-α and CRP of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The serum levels of NGF and BDNF of patients in the observation group were significantly increased after operation. The serum levels of NGF and BDNF of patients in the control group were significantly decreased. Conclusion: Dexmedetomidine combined with sufentanil for spinal surgery analgesia can effectively control the levels of post-operative stress and reduce the influence on neurological function of patients. It can be used for clinical promotion.

文摘Ion implantation induced damage in GaSb and its removal by rapid thermal annealing(RTA)have been investigated by Raman spectroscopy.The evolution of the Raman modes as a function of implantation fluence,annealing temperature and time has been analyzed.Results indicate that a lattice quality that is close to as-grown GaSb has been obtained by annealing the implanted samples at 500℃for 45 s.However,consequent surface analyses by scanning electron microscope(SEM)and atomic force microscope(AFM)show that a heavily perturbed layer contains voids due to the outdifiusion of Sb atoms on the surface remains.Mechanism of the damage recovery and the structure of the implanted layer are discussed based on the experimental results.

文摘In the present study,we aimed to prepare Panax japonicus tablets and carry out quality inspection.Panax japonicus tablets were prepared by ultrafine pulverization-wet granulation,and quality inspection was carried out according to Pharmacopoeia regulations.The plasma concentration of animals with self-made Panax japonicus tablets or ginsenoside Rg3 in single-dose intragastric administration was determined by high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The pharmacokinetic parameters and relative bioavailability were calculated by DAS 2.0 software.The quality inspection of self-made Panax japonicus tablets met the requirements of Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2015 edition),and this preparation had high bioequivalence of ginsenoside Rg3.The preparation of Panax japonicus tablets was reasonable and highly qualified.Moreover,this new Panax japonicus preparation showed better profiles in oral absorption and utilization.This study provided evidence for the industrial production and clinical application of Panax japonicus tablets.

文摘Peripheral nerve injury(PNI)seriously affects the health and life of patients,and is an urgent clinical problem that needs to be resolved.Nerve implants prepared from various biomaterials have played a positive role in PNI,but the effect should be further improved and thus new biomaterials is urgently needed.Ovalbumin(OVA)contains a variety of bioactive components,low immunogenicity,tolerance,antimicrobial activity,non-toxicity and biodegradability,and has the ability to promote wound healing,cell growth and antimicrobial properties.However,there are few studies on the application of OVA in neural tissue engineering.In this study,OVA implants with different spatial structures(membrane,fiber,and lyophilized scaffolds)were constructed by casting,electrospinning,and freeze-drying methods,respectively.The results showed that the OVA implants had excellent physicochemical properties and were biocompatible without significant toxicity,and can promote vascularization,show good histocompatibility,without excessive inflammatory response and immunogenicity.The in vitro results showed that OVA implants could promote the proliferation and migration of Schwann cells,while the in vivo results confirmed that OVA implants(the E5/70%and 20 kV 20μL/min groups)could effectively regulate the growth of blood vessels,reduce the inflammatory response and promote the repair of subcutaneous nerve injury.Further on,the high-throughput sequencing results showed that the OVA implants up-regulated differential expression of genes related to biological processes such as tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),phosphatidylinositide 3-kinases/protein kinase B(PI3K-Akt)signaling pathway,axon guidance,cellular adhesion junctions,and nerve regeneration in Schwann cells.The present study is expected to provide new design concepts and theoretical accumulation for the development of a new generation of nerve regeneration implantable biomaterials.
文摘Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture(EA)plus long-snake moxibustion for rheumatoid arthritis(RA)due to kidney deficiency and cold coagulation.Methods:A total of 60 patients in active stage of RA were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group took methotrexate tablets and nimesulide dispersible tablets orally for treatment,while those in the observation group received additional treatment of EA plus long-snake moxibustion.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.The post-treatment changes in symptomatic grading and quantifying score,disease activity score with 28 joint counts(DAS28),and inflammatory indicators erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)and C-reactive protein(CRP)were observed,and the efficacy was evaluated.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was 89.9%,versus 76.6%in the control group,and there was a significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptomatic grading and quantifying score and DAS28 in both groups were significantly improved(all P<0.05),and the improvements in the observation group were more significant than those in the control group(both P<0.05).Besides,there were 11 cases with low disease activity index(DAI)and in remission in the observation group versus 5 cases in the control group,showing a statistically significant between-group difference(P<0.05).The ESR and CRP scores in both groups were significantly reduced after treatment(all P<0.05),also showing statistically significant between-group differences(both P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of additional EA plus long-snake moxibustion based on oral medications for RA due to kidney deficiency and cold coagulation is better than that of the oral medications alone.
