Perovskite solar cells(PSCs)emerge as the most promising photovoltaics(PV)for their high performance and potential convenient cost-effective production routes comparing to the sophomore PV technologies.The printed PSC...Perovskite solar cells(PSCs)emerge as the most promising photovoltaics(PV)for their high performance and potential convenient cost-effective production routes comparing to the sophomore PV technologies.The printed PSCs with simplified device architecture and fabrication procedures could further enhance the competitive strength of PSC technology.In this work,we present an in-situ defect passivation(ISDP)assisted full-printing of high performance formamidine-lead bromide(FAPbBr_(3))PSCs.Only three rapid printing steps are involved for electron transporting layer(ETL),perovskite and carbon to form a complete solar cell on the low-cost fluorine-doped tin oxide(FTO)substrate.Long-chain polymer monomethyl ether polyethylene glycol is particularly utilized as the ISDP passivator,leading to conformal coating on the rough FTO and defect passivation for both ETL and perovskite during printing.A high efficiency of 10.85%(certified 10.14%)and a high V_(oc)up to 1.57 V are achieved for the printed device.The unencapsulated PSCs maintain above 90%of the initial efficiency after continuously heating at 85℃for 1000 h and over 80%of the efficiency after the maximum power point tracking for 3500 h.The fully printed semitransparent PSCs with carbon grids(CGs)show average visible light transmittance over 33%and an efficiency of 8.81%.展开更多

It is very important to reduce...The high aerodynamic noise induced by automotive air conditioning systems has important effects on the ride comfort, and the centrifugal fan is the largest noise source in these systems. It is very important to reduce the aerodynamic noise generated by the centrifugal fan. The flow field and the sound field on the whole centrifugal fan configuration have been carried out using the computational fluid dynamics. Simulation results show that the sound pressure level near the outlet of the centrifugal fan is too high. Based on the relationship between flow characteristics and the aerodynamic noise, four parameters of the centrifugal fan, i.e., impeller blade's outlet angle 0, volute tongue's gap t, collector inclination angle fl, and rotating speed n, were selected as design variables and optimized using response surface methodology. While keeping the function of flow rate unchanged, the peak noise level is reduced by 8 dB or 10.8%. The noise level is satisfactorily reduced.展开更多
In order to evaluate and integrate travel time reliability and capacity reliability of a road network subjected to ice and snowfall conditions,the conceptions of travel time reliability and capacity reliability were d...In order to evaluate and integrate travel time reliability and capacity reliability of a road network subjected to ice and snowfall conditions,the conceptions of travel time reliability and capacity reliability were defined under special conditions.The link travel time model(ice and snowfall based-bureau public road,ISB-BPR) and the path choice decision model(elastic demand user equilibrium,EDUE) were proposed.The integrated reliability was defined and the model was set up.Monte Carlo simulation was used to calculate the model and a numerical example was provided to demonstrate the application of the model and efficiency of the solution algorithm.The results show that the intensity of ice and snowfall,the traffic demand and supply,and the requirements for level of service(LOS) have great influence on the reliability of a road network.For example,the reliability drops from 65% to 5% when the traffic demand increases by 30%.The comprehensive performance index may be used for network planning,design and maintenance.展开更多

It is ...In this paper, we use the stochastic Nagel-Schreckenberg (NaSch) model to investigate the influence of a special right-turning lane connecting two main roads on the capacity of a signalized road intersection. It is found that the magnitude of right-turning traffic flow and the linking position of the special right-turning lane can greatly influence the capacity of the signalized road intersection. The relation between traffic flow and entering probability for different distances between the entrance (exit) of the special right-turning lane and the road intersection is simulated and analysed. The corresponding spatiotemporal pattern and phase diagram on different sections of the main road are given under the condition of close proximity to the signalized road intersection, stop-and-go traffic occur and obstruct the intersection. On the contrary, unchanged flux is maintained as the distance exceeds a critical values. All the studies indicate that setting a special right-turning lane by choosing a suitable location near a signalized road intersection can relieve the load of current traffic on the main road and maintain traffic flow.展开更多

And a new style of varying time step method is used in iteration process. The thermal field on the rotor plate at the radial and axle directions is analyzed and varying temperature at appointed points on two side-surfaces is measured. The wheel is made of titanium alloy (Ti-6Al-4V) in consideration of the planetary environment factors (i. e. strong radiation, big temperature differences, high vacuum), and mass constraint of launch vehicle. The advantages of the proposed wheel involves the potential for: ① small sending volume and mass, ② large deployed area and volume to reduce wheel loading, ③ a damping effect to smooth motion on rough terrain. To study the trafficability and tractive performance of the wheel concept, the drawbar pull and driven torque were calculated based on simplified model of terramechanics formulations. The results show that the wheel possesses sufficient drawbar pull to negotiate all types of soil stratums listed in this contribution.展开更多

The morphology and composition of phosphate membrane on the surface of sands was analyzed with electron probe X-ray microanalyzer. Results show that magnesium causes cracks in cured phosphate membrane and results in the decrease of sand molds/cores strength. However, the addition of magne-sium significantly enhanced hygroscopy resistance of phosphate membrane. In addition, the phosphate binder added with the magnesium modifier has more rapid hardening reaction speed compared that without or with low magnesium binder. It can be concluded that the phosphate binder with the addition of magnesium modifier is favorably used in high humid and cold circumstance.展开更多

In this paper, on a basis of dynamic analysis of the vehicle-subgrade model of vertical coupled system under primary suspension, utilizing track maintenance standard and simulating track irregularity excitation, the dynamic interaction of vehicle-track-subgrade system is researched in theory and dynamic model of the vertical vehicle-track-subgrade coupled system under secondary suspension is established by compatibility condition of deformation. Even this model considers the actual structure of a vehicle, also considers vibration characteristic of the substructure of track including subgrade and foundation. The mathematical expression of the temperature change of bubble was deduced using thermodynamic principle. Through combining the expression with classic Rayleigh-Plesset Equation,numerical calculation was carried out and the temperature variation over time( or bubble radius) was obtained. The influences of convective heat transfer coefficient of bubble and polytropic exponent on the thermodynamic process of bubble were analyzed. We propose an efficient method for the generation of perfect W states on three microwave superconducting resonators,of which the two nearest neighbors are coupled by a symmetric direct current superconducting quantum ...We propose an efficient method for the generation of perfect W states on three microwave superconducting resonators,of which the two nearest neighbors are coupled by a symmetric direct current superconducting quantum interference device(dc-SQUID).With suitable external magnetic fluxes applied to the dc-SQUID symmetry loops,on-chip tunable interactions between neighboring resonators can be realized,and different perfect W states can be deterministically created on-demand in one step.Numerical simulations show that high-fidelity target states can be generated and our scheme is robust against imperfect parameter tuning and environment-induced decoherence.The present work may have potential applications for implementing quantum computation and quantum information processing based on microwave photons.展开更多

In order to improve system response speed and stability,a sliding-mode variable-structure control based on a feedback linearization theory is analyzed in this research. A standardized system model is established and linearized by the feedback linearization theory,and the input dimension is reduced through the relationship between variables which has simplified the linearization process. Then the sliding-mode controller using an exponential reaching law is designed and the Lyapunov stability of this algorithm is verified. The simulation results show that the sliding-mode variable-structure controller based on the feedback linearization theory can improve system response speed,reduce overshoot and achieve stronger robustness,so the vehicle speed control requirements can be satisfied well.展开更多
In this work,a modified polyurethane adhesive(PUA)was prepared to realize a convenient encapsulation strategy for lead sedimentation and attachable perovskite solar cells(A-PSCs).The modified PUA can completely self-h...In this work,a modified polyurethane adhesive(PUA)was prepared to realize a convenient encapsulation strategy for lead sedimentation and attachable perovskite solar cells(A-PSCs).The modified PUA can completely self-heal within 45 min at room temperature with an efficient lead ion-blocking rate of 99.3%.The PUA film can be coated on a metal electrode with slight efficiency improvement from 23.96%to 24.15%.The thermal stability at 65℃and the humidity stability at 55%relative humidity(RH)are superior to the devices encapsulated with polyisobutylene.The PUA film has strong adhesion to the flexible substrate and the initial efficiency of the flexible perovskite module(17.2%)encapsulated by PUA remains 92.6%within 1825 h.These results suggest that PUA encapsulation is universal for rigid and flexible PSCs with enhanced stability and low lead hazards.Moreover,it was found that flexible PSCs can be well attached to various substrates with PUA,providing a facile route for the A-PSCs in various scenarios without additional encapsulation and installation.展开更多
To investigate the effect of alternating magnetic field on austenite transformation process in the case of rapid heating,the austenite kinetics model of AISI 1045 steel was built for spot continual induction hardening...To investigate the effect of alternating magnetic field on austenite transformation process in the case of rapid heating,the austenite kinetics model of AISI 1045 steel was built for spot continual induction hardening(SCIH)process.The results shows that the effect of alternating magnetic field on austenite transformation fraction reaches the maximum(about 3%)when heating rate is the lowest.Relatively low magnetic flux density still has a certain effect on the austenite transformation process during the SCIH process.Concave surface structure can reduce the influence scope of alternating magnetic field on surface in all cases and the minimum influence scope appears when the feed path of inductor is longitudinal.Convex surface structure can minimize the influence scope of alternating magnetic field in depth when the feed path of inductor is longitudinal.The austenite distribution of transitional region on surface for horizontal movement is more uniform than that for longitudinal movement.The austenite distribution of transitional region in depth for longitudinal movement is more uniform than that for horizontal movement.The simulated results are consistent with the experimental results and the austenite transformation kinetics model developed for SCIH process is valid.展开更多
Despite the high efficiency that has been achieved for the perovskite solar cells(PSCs),the hazardous lead leakage from the perovskite absorber layer is one of the crucial barriers still hindering its penetration into...Despite the high efficiency that has been achieved for the perovskite solar cells(PSCs),the hazardous lead leakage from the perovskite absorber layer is one of the crucial barriers still hindering its penetration into the commercial market for a large-scale installation.Herein,we report a novel low-cost and biodegradable lead sequestration layer with high compatibility for up-scalable encapsulation of PSCs.Through a precisely designed cross-linking reaction of chemical agents,the as-made biodegradable chitosan composite film shows enhanced mechanical strength,chemical stability,and lead adsorption capacity.The designed encapsulation strategy reduces over 99.99% lead leakage to <2 ppb under varied simulations of weather conditions(hail,rain,or flood),which meet the safe level of drinking water set by the US Environmental Protection Agency(EPA).Moreover,the PSC efficiency is improved from 21.91% to22.82% due to the improved light absorption from the printed biodegradable lead absorption film.Finally,we present a prototype process of accumulation and recycling of lead compounds in PSCs derbies via the biodegradation process.Based on the low-cost biodegradable lead sequestration film,this environmental-friendly encapsulation strategy could address the lead leakage issue for further commercialization of PSCs.展开更多
A dynamic model to describe the torsional vibration behaviors of a spur gear system is presented in this paper.Differential equations of nonlinear dynamics for the gear system exhibiting combined nonlinearity influenc...A dynamic model to describe the torsional vibration behaviors of a spur gear system is presented in this paper.Differential equations of nonlinear dynamics for the gear system exhibiting combined nonlinearity influence such as time-varying mesh stiffness,backlash and dynamic transmission error(DTE) were obtained.The method of multiple scales was employed to solve the nonlinear differential equations with parametric excitation in gear systems,by which both the frequency-response curves of the primary resonance caused by internal excitation and the analytical periodic solutions of nonlinear differential equations were obtained.The nonlinear influence of stiffness variation,the damping and the internal excitation on the system response was shown by frequency-response curves.Compared with numerical examples,the approximate analytical solutions are in good agreement with exact solutions,which proves that the method of multiple scales is effective for solving nonlinear problems in gear systems.展开更多

In order to meet the demand for driving,the layered advanced control strategy was proposed in this paper,which referred to vehicle driving experience. Using Matlab /Simulink /Stateflow hybrid modeling method, the economy performance and the acceleration performance of the vehicle under the typical city driving cycles were carried on the simulation analysis. The results show that the proposed topology and control strategy can obviously improve engine output characteristic,effectively enhance the vehicle's instantaneous power performance and economy,and also has a better adaptability in different traffic environments.展开更多

In addition, the phosphate binder added with the magnesium modifier has more rapid hardening reaction speed compared that without or with low magnesium binder. It can be concluded that the phosphate binder with the addition of magnesium modifier is favorably used in high humid and cold circumstance.

文摘As it is known, track transportation can be divided into track system above and track system below. While the train is moving, the parts above and below are interacted and influenced. Therefore, in fact, the problem of track transportation is the match between the vehicle and the raihvay line system. In this paper, on a basis of dynamic analysis of the vehicle-subgrade model of vertical coupled system under primary suspension, utilizing track maintenance standard and simulating track irregularity excitation, the dynamic interaction of vehicle-track-subgrade system is researched in theory and dynamic model of the vertical vehicle-track-subgrade coupled system under secondary suspension is established by compatibility condition of deformation. Even this model considers the actual structure of a vehicle, also considers vibration characteristic of the substructure of track including subgrade and foundation. All these work want to be benefit for understanding and design about the dynamic characters of subgrade in high speed railway.

文摘In order to reduce the torque ripple,increase the average torque and optimize the drive performance of the switched reluctance motor (SRM),the nonlinear dynamic model of SRM is established in the MATLAB /Simulink environment.The effects of the turn-on and turn-off angles are investigated by the simulation results of the dynamic model,and the function is made among the rotor speed,turn-on angle and turn-off angle.To optimize the torque dynamic performance,the two-objective simultaneous optimization function is proposed by two weight factors.And the optimized turn-on and turn-off angles as functions of rotor speed are developed by using the simultaneous optimization method.Then the optimized torque controller is designed based on the optimized turn-on and turn-off angles.The simulation results show that the optimized torque controller designed in this paper can effectively reduce the torque ripple and increase the average torque,and optimize the torque dynamic performance of the SRM.

文摘To provide theoretical foundation for reducing fuel consumption at urban intersection,the relationship among traffic state,signal control parameters and fuel economy was studied.The concept of economic saturation was introduced,and evaluation parameter of traffic fuel economy of intersection was proposed.With a large number of field observation data of fuel consumption,models parameters of evaluation on fuel economy in VISSIM were calibrated.The evaluation models were established separately for lane group,approach and intersection with the fuel consumption data under different saturations and splits.In order to demonstrate the performance of the proposed model,a practical intersection was chosen as an example to evaluate.The results showed that it can accurately describe the relationship among traffic state,signal control parameters and fuel economy.It might provide the theoretical basis for improvement traffic management from the perspective of reducing energy consumption.

文摘A series-parallel hydraulic hybrid system applied to public buses is put torwaro, ano parameters of key components are analyzed and determined. Energy management strategy based on logic thresh- old is designed which is aimed at efficient operation of the overall system considering the operational characteristic of the components and taking the curves of engine, hydraulic pump/motor and hydrau- lic pump as the main design basis; regenerative control strategy which makes regenerative brake sys- tem and frictional brake system work harmoniously is designed to raise recovery rate of regenerative brake energy. System dynamic modeling and simulation results show that the energy control strategy designed here is able to adapt system to changes of working condition and switch the operating mode reasonably. The regenerative braking control strategy is effective in raising the utilization of energy and improving fuel economy.
文摘A mathematical model has been established for the research on scissor elevator for ship passenger stairs.The kinematical and kinetic simulation analyses were carried out with MATLAB/Simulink.The relative kinetic relation between hydraulic cylinder and other parts,as well as its rules of change has been found.A 3-D model of ship scissor elevator was established with Pro/E.The design of the mechanism was optimized in Pro/MECHANICA based on the findings from simulation analysis.Practice has proved that the design is scientific and reasonable and could serve as the theoretical guidance and reference for the design of scissor mechanism of other uses.

文摘Thermal characteristic of cavitation has great influence on the process of occurrence,development and collapse of bubble in hydraulic system. By choosing the stage of bubble growth as the research object,combining with the characteristic of the process of bubble occurrence and development in hydraulic system, and ignoring the impact of thermal radiation,the heat transfer situation of bubble growth was analyzed under appropriate assumptions of thermodynamic conditions in the bubble generation and development process. The mathematical expression of the temperature change of bubble was deduced using thermodynamic principle. Through combining the expression with classic Rayleigh-Plesset Equation,numerical calculation was carried out and the temperature variation over time( or bubble radius) was obtained. The influences of convective heat transfer coefficient of bubble and polytropic exponent on the thermodynamic process of bubble were analyzed. Finally,the thermal characteristic of bubble growth after cavitation occurrence was summarized.

文摘We propose an efficient method for the generation of perfect W states on three microwave superconducting resonators,of which the two nearest neighbors are coupled by a symmetric direct current superconducting quantum interference device(dc-SQUID).With suitable external magnetic fluxes applied to the dc-SQUID symmetry loops,on-chip tunable interactions between neighboring resonators can be realized,and different perfect W states can be deterministically created on-demand in one step.Numerical simulations show that high-fidelity target states can be generated and our scheme is robust against imperfect parameter tuning and environment-induced decoherence.The present work may have potential applications for implementing quantum computation and quantum information processing based on microwave photons.

文摘Engine-variable pump-variable motor drive system is a complex nonlinear system. In order to improve system response speed and stability,a sliding-mode variable-structure control based on a feedback linearization theory is analyzed in this research. A standardized system model is established and linearized by the feedback linearization theory,and the input dimension is reduced through the relationship between variables which has simplified the linearization process. Then the sliding-mode controller using an exponential reaching law is designed and the Lyapunov stability of this algorithm is verified. The simulation results show that the sliding-mode variable-structure controller based on the feedback linearization theory can improve system response speed,reduce overshoot and achieve stronger robustness,so the vehicle speed control requirements can be satisfied well.

文摘In this work,a modified polyurethane adhesive(PUA)was prepared to realize a convenient encapsulation strategy for lead sedimentation and attachable perovskite solar cells(A-PSCs).The modified PUA can completely self-heal within 45 min at room temperature with an efficient lead ion-blocking rate of 99.3%.The PUA film can be coated on a metal electrode with slight efficiency improvement from 23.96%to 24.15%.The thermal stability at 65℃and the humidity stability at 55%relative humidity(RH)are superior to the devices encapsulated with polyisobutylene.The PUA film has strong adhesion to the flexible substrate and the initial efficiency of the flexible perovskite module(17.2%)encapsulated by PUA remains 92.6%within 1825 h.These results suggest that PUA encapsulation is universal for rigid and flexible PSCs with enhanced stability and low lead hazards.Moreover,it was found that flexible PSCs can be well attached to various substrates with PUA,providing a facile route for the A-PSCs in various scenarios without additional encapsulation and installation.

文摘To investigate the effect of alternating magnetic field on austenite transformation process in the case of rapid heating,the austenite kinetics model of AISI 1045 steel was built for spot continual induction hardening(SCIH)process.The results shows that the effect of alternating magnetic field on austenite transformation fraction reaches the maximum(about 3%)when heating rate is the lowest.Relatively low magnetic flux density still has a certain effect on the austenite transformation process during the SCIH process.Concave surface structure can reduce the influence scope of alternating magnetic field on surface in all cases and the minimum influence scope appears when the feed path of inductor is longitudinal.Convex surface structure can minimize the influence scope of alternating magnetic field in depth when the feed path of inductor is longitudinal.The austenite distribution of transitional region on surface for horizontal movement is more uniform than that for longitudinal movement.The austenite distribution of transitional region in depth for longitudinal movement is more uniform than that for horizontal movement.The simulated results are consistent with the experimental results and the austenite transformation kinetics model developed for SCIH process is valid.

文摘Despite the high efficiency that has been achieved for the perovskite solar cells(PSCs),the hazardous lead leakage from the perovskite absorber layer is one of the crucial barriers still hindering its penetration into the commercial market for a large-scale installation.Herein,we report a novel low-cost and biodegradable lead sequestration layer with high compatibility for up-scalable encapsulation of PSCs.Through a precisely designed cross-linking reaction of chemical agents,the as-made biodegradable chitosan composite film shows enhanced mechanical strength,chemical stability,and lead adsorption capacity.The designed encapsulation strategy reduces over 99.99% lead leakage to <2 ppb under varied simulations of weather conditions(hail,rain,or flood),which meet the safe level of drinking water set by the US Environmental Protection Agency(EPA).Moreover,the PSC efficiency is improved from 21.91% to22.82% due to the improved light absorption from the printed biodegradable lead absorption film.Finally,we present a prototype process of accumulation and recycling of lead compounds in PSCs derbies via the biodegradation process.Based on the low-cost biodegradable lead sequestration film,this environmental-friendly encapsulation strategy could address the lead leakage issue for further commercialization of PSCs.
文摘A dynamic model to describe the torsional vibration behaviors of a spur gear system is presented in this paper.Differential equations of nonlinear dynamics for the gear system exhibiting combined nonlinearity influence such as time-varying mesh stiffness,backlash and dynamic transmission error(DTE) were obtained.The method of multiple scales was employed to solve the nonlinear differential equations with parametric excitation in gear systems,by which both the frequency-response curves of the primary resonance caused by internal excitation and the analytical periodic solutions of nonlinear differential equations were obtained.The nonlinear influence of stiffness variation,the damping and the internal excitation on the system response was shown by frequency-response curves.Compared with numerical examples,the approximate analytical solutions are in good agreement with exact solutions,which proves that the method of multiple scales is effective for solving nonlinear problems in gear systems.

文摘Simple and efficient energy management strategy is the key to ensure hybrid vehicle performance. Based on hybrid dynamical system theory and the concept of finite state mechanism,power split hybrid connected structure hydraulic hybrid system was proposed and described. In order to meet the demand for driving,the layered advanced control strategy was proposed in this paper,which referred to vehicle driving experience. Using Matlab /Simulink /Stateflow hybrid modeling method, the economy performance and the acceleration performance of the vehicle under the typical city driving cycles were carried on the simulation analysis. The results show that the proposed topology and control strategy can obviously improve engine output characteristic,effectively enhance the vehicle's instantaneous power performance and economy,and also has a better adaptability in different traffic environments.
