Three alloys containing the mass fraction of cobalt of 12% (named Alloy 1), 3% (named Alloy 2) and 0 (named Alloy 3), respectively were studied, in which the contents of other elements were same. The results show that the segregation extent of W, Re, Ta, Al between dendrite and interdendritic region rises with the increase of cobalt content. The incipient melting points decrease by 10℃and 20℃respectively when the content of cobalt increases from 0 through 3% to 12%. During solid solution at 1 340℃, the solid solution of large gamma prime in interdendritic region and the dissolution of eutectic in alloy 1 become easier than in other two alloys. After heat-treatment at 1 340℃for 8 h, the segregation extent of elements in alloy 1 decreases dramatically, while in alloy 2 and alloy 3, the segregation ratios decrease slowly. It suggests that the higher content of cobalt can accelerate the diffusion process at high temperature.展开更多

AP remains a significant challenge in the clinic due to a lack of specific and effective treatment. Knowledge of the complex mechanisms that regulate the inflammatory response in AP is needed for the development of new approaches to treatment, since immune cell-derived inflammatory cytokines have been recognized to play critical roles in the pathogenesis of the disease. Recent studies have shown that interleukin(IL)-22, a cytokine secreted by leukocytes, when applied in the severe animal models of AP, protects against the inflammation-mediated acinar injury. In contrast, in a mild AP model, endogenous IL-22 has been found to be a predominantly antiinflammatory mediator that inhibits inflammatory cell infiltration via the induction of Reg3 proteins in acinar cells, but does not protect against acinar injury in the early stage of AP. However, constitutively over-expressed IL-22 can prevent the initial acinar injury caused by excessive autophagy through the induction of the antiautophagic proteins Bcl-2 and Bcl-XL. Thus IL-22 plays different roles in AP depending on the severity of the AP model. This review focuses on these recently reported findings for the purpose of better understanding IL-22's regulatory roles in AP which could help to develop a novel therapeutic strategy.展开更多

In order to enhance the functions of CCM systems, the optical properties of fluorescent dyes in their absorption region were investigated. It has been found that there was a fixed maximum absorption wavelength for each fluorescent dyes whatever its concentration is. Both absorption region and maximum absorption wavelength of the dyes in solution are the same to those in fabric, and that the absorption is directly proportional to the concentration of the dye. So the optical properties obtained in solutions cna be applied for describing the optics performance of fluorescent dyes in fabrics.展开更多

Once released to circulation upon exercise or cold exposure, irisin stimulates browning of white adipose tissue (WAT) and uncoupling protein I (UCP1) expression, leading to an increase in total body energy expenditure by augmented UCPl-mediated thermogenesis. It is currently unknown whether irisin is secreted by bone upon exercise or whether it regulates bone metabolism in vivo. In this study, we found that 2 weeks of voluntary wheel-running exercise induced high levels of FNDC5 messenger RNA as well as FNDC5/irisin protein expression in murine bone tissues. Increased immunoreactivity due to exercise-induced FNDC5/irisin expression was detected in different regions of exercised femoral bones, including growth plate, trabecular bone, cortical bone, articular cartilage, and bone-tendon interface. Exercise also increased expression of osteogenic markers in bone and that of UCP1 in WAT, and led to bodyweight loss. Irisin intraperitoneal (IP) administration resulted in increased trabecular and cortical bone thickness and osteoblasts numbers, and concurrently induced UCP1 expression in subcutaneous WAT. Lentiviral FNDC5 IP administration increased cortical bone thickness. In vitro studies in bone cells revealed irisin increases osteoblastogenesis and mineralization, and inhibits receptor activator of nuclear factor-kB ligand (RANKL)- induced osteoclastogenesis. Taken together, our findings show that voluntary exercise increases irisin production in bone, and that an increase in circulating irisin levels enhances osteogenesis in mice.展开更多

The specimens were held at 1 050℃for 300 s, then quenched into 20℃recycling water for 10 s as a cycle. During thermal fatigue,γ' precipitates changed typically from cubical to irregular shape after 10 cycles, to complex configuration after 20 cycles and raft-like shape after 30 cycles. The very fineγ' particles precipitated inter the originalγ' particles. The elastic energy dominated morphological evolution of largeγ' precipitates, and the thermal stress induced the directional growth of precipitates that minimized the total energy of the system, and the nucleation theory controlled the formation of fineγ' precipitate. The results show that the volume fraction ofγ' precipitates is increased with the increase of heating/cooling cycles, which improves the mechanical property of this alloy.展开更多

Using models of landscape indices such as diversity, fragmentation, and mean patch fractal dimension, dynamic spatio-temporal changes of landscape patterns of the province were analyzed. The results: ① cropland and forestland were the main landscape types, and forestland became a landscape matrix; ② in the study area, landscapes were distributed unevenly, and there was low heterogeneity, a simple ecosystem structure and a tendency of irrational landscape patterns. There were also simple spatial shapes of patches and strong self-similarities, and in terms of dynamic change analysis, patch shapes tended to be more simple; ③ from 1980 to 2000, holistic landscape fragmentation was low and changed slightly. As far as landscape elements were concerned, the fragmentation of grassland, water area, land for residential area and factory facilities was relatively low; land distribution for residential areas and factory facilities was dispersed; and cropland and forestland were most concentrated-an indication that the trend will continue. Comprehensive effects among human activity, local policy, regional climate and environmental change led to the results.展开更多

Since development, 3 overall development plannings and adjustments of individual block have been established. This achieves a high oil production. However, the recoverable reserves of major oil layer with high production become smaller and smaller and the water cut increases over time, the production ability of oil layer decreases. The development status of oil layer of mining siltstone, oil-water transition zone and oil layer with upswept injected water cannot be changed under present dilute well network condition, because there is no reinforced measurement to water well. This results the low oil production of Romashkino oil field. In order to improve oil production rate and reach the designed oil recovery, Romashkino oil field has been implemented many added cuttings since development. Resent researches about Romashkino oil field show: in later oilfield development stage, sidetrack and lateral drilling horizontal wells technology is very reasonable;formation hydraulic fracturing technology has been widely used in recent years;in tertiary oil recovery, sweep efficiency and flooding efficiency related technologies have been taken. This offers reference and guidance for the effective and reasonable oil field development in later period.展开更多

Efficient water and nitrogen management has remained critical for sustainable rice production in irrigated rice farming system. Due to rapid global population growth and climate change, future rice production will depend heavily on developing strategies and practices that use water and nitrogen efficiently. The study therefore set to evaluate agronomic, water productivity and economic analysis of irrigated rice under various nitrogen and water management methods. To achieve the set objectives, field and pot experiments were carried out at the Soil and Irrigation Research Centre, University of Ghana, Kpong in 2015 and 2016 cropping season. The field experiment was laid in a split plot design with water management treatments as main plots and N fertilizer as subplot treatment. The pot experiment was carried out in a randomized complete block design with five replications. The water management treatments were;continuous submergence (SC), alternate wet and dry soil condition (AWD) and moist soil condition (MC). Nitrogen fertilizer rates were;no N fertilizer (N0), 60 kg N/ha (N1) and 90 kg N/ha (N2). Data such as yield and yield parameters of rice, water use, water productivity, costs and returns were recorded. Results obtained from both pot and field experiments revealed that rice yields were at par in AWD and SC but yields were lower in MC treatment. With N fertilizer, higher yields were observed with 90 kg N/ha. The interaction effect of submerged with 90 kg N/ha gave the highest grain yield. N fertilizer effect on water use and water productivity was ranked as N2 > N1 > N0 while water management effect on water use and water productivity was ranked in this order: SC > AWD > MC and MC > AWD > SC respectively.展开更多

Since the Indosinian, intracontinental collisional orogenesis results in multiple fracturings and magmatic emplacements in the Qinling area. Deep-sourced fluids resulting from deep fractures and granitoid magmatic intrusion are of a supercritical nature. Joint action between the fluid-rock system and structures leads to hydrofracturing and ore formation of the gold deposit. Firstly, the progressive coaxial compression caused the competent sodic rock series and the incompetent pelitic rock series to be deformed and partitioned. Lens-like weak-strain domains are hence formed and distributed at the approximate equidistance zones and the linear strong-strain zones, respectively. Subsequently, the progressive non-coaxial shearing and right-lateral and high-angle oblique thrusting lead to the most developed fracture system in the core of the weak-strain domain to turn from compression to extension and to link up with the deep fracture systems. The periodical huge pressure decline in the pumping center causes the deep-sourced confined fluids to develop periodic tectonic pumping, hydrofracturing and precipitation-healing in the sodic rock series. The gold-bearinghydrofracturing breccia bodies are hence ultimately formed at near-equidistance tectonic lenses. On the basis of the above model, the predicted concealed gold-bearing hydrofracturing breccia bodies have been preliminarily validated by latest drillings.展开更多

文摘BACKGROUND Gastric cancer(GC)is one of the most aggressive malignancies with limited therapeutic options and a poor prognosis.Resveratrol,a non-flavonoid poly-phenolic compound found in a variety of Chinese medicinal materials, has shown excellent anti-GC effect. However, its exact mechanisms of action in GC have not been clarified.AIM To identify the effects of resveratrol on GC progression and explore the related molecular mechanisms.METHODS Action targets of resveratrol and GC-related targets were screened from public databases. The overlapping targets between the two were confirmed using a Venn diagram, and a“Resveratrol-Target-GC”network was constructed using Cyto-scape software version 3.9.1.The protein-protein interaction(PPI)network was constructed using STRING database and core targets were identified by PPI network analysis. The Database for Annotation,Visualization and Integrated A total of 378 resveratrol action targets and 2154 GC disease targets were obtained from public databases, and 181 intersection targets between the two were screened by Venn diagram. The top 20 core targets were identified by PPI network analysis of the overlapping targets.GO function analysis mainly involved protein binding, identical protein binding, cytoplasm, nucleus, negative regulation of apoptotic process and response to xenobiotic stimulus.KEGG enrichment analysis suggested that the involved signaling pathways mainly included PI3K-AKT signaling pathway,MAPK signaling pathway,IL-17 signaling pathway,TNF signaling pathway,ErbB signaling pathway, etc.FBJ murine osteosarcoma viral oncogene homolog(FOS)and matrix metallopeptidase 9(MMP9)were selected by differential expression analysis, and they were closely associated with immune infiltration.Molecular docking results showed that resveratrol docked well with these two targets.Resveratrol treatment arrested the cell cycle at the S phase, induced apoptosis, and weakened viability, migration and invasion in a dose-dependent manner.Furthermore, resveratrol could exhibit anti-GC effect by regulating FOS and MMP9 expression.CONCLUSION The anti-GC effects of resveratrol are related to the inhibition of cell proliferation, migration, invasion and induction of cell cycle arrest and apoptosis by targeting FOS and MMP9.

文摘Background:Ischemia-reperfusion can worsen myocardial damage and increase the risk of death.Studies have revealed that ischemic preconditioning provides the best endogenous protection against myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury(MIRI),and the principle of electroacupuncture(EA)preconditioning is comparable to that of myocardial ischemic preconditioning adaption. Our earlier research demonstrated that EA pretreatment inhibits the expression of calmodulin-dependent protein kinase IIδ(CaMKIIδ),sodium/calcium exchanger 1(NCX1),and cyclophilin D,hence providing protection against MIRI.However, the exact mechanism is still unknown. The expression of NCX1 mRNA is directly regulated by microRNA-214(miR-214).Moreover,it suppresses the levels of CaMKIIδand cyclophilin D.Whether these variables contribute to EA preconditioning to improve MIRI needs to be investigated, though. This study aimed to preliminarily determine whether EA pretreatment ameliorates MIRI by modulating the miR-214-3p/NCX1 axis. Methods:We used a rat MIRI model to investigate the effect of EA pretreatment on MIRI and the expression of miR-214-3p.In addition, adenovirus injection inhibited miR-214-3p expression in the rat MIRI model, and the influence of EA pretreatment towards MIRI was observed in the context of blocked miR-214-3p expression. Both the myocardial histological abnormalities and the alterations in the ST segment of the rat electrocardiogram were analyzed.NCX1 mRNA,cyclophilin D,and CaMKIIδexpression levels were also analyzed. Results:EA pretreatment improved MIRI.In rats with MIRI,EA administration increased miR-214-3p expression while decreasing NCX1 mRNA,cyclophilin D,and CaMKIIδproteins in cardiac tissues. The beneficial effect of EA pretreatment against MIRI was reversed, coupled with elevated levels of NCX1 mRNA,cyclophilin D,and CaMKIIδprotein expression, when an adenovirus injection disrupted the expression of miR-214-3p.Conclusions:Our findings preliminarily show that EA pretreatment inhibits the expression of NCX1 mRNA,cyclophilin D,and CaMKIIδproteins via miR-214-3p,hence exerting MIRI protection.
文摘Background:The optimal time to save a person who has had a sudden cardiac arrest is within the first few minutes of the incident.Early compression and early defibrillation should be performed at this time.Timeliness is the key to successful CPR; as such,Prof. He proposed the 'platinum 10 min' system to study early CPR issues. This paper systematically evaluates the success rates of heartbeat restoration within the 'platinum 10min' among patients suffering from sudden cardiac arrest. Methods:The clinical data of outpatients suffering from a cardiac arrest were retrieved from the China Knowledge Network(January 1975-January 2015),the Chongqing VIP database(January 1989-January 2015),and the Wanfang database(January 1990-January 2015).The success of the cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) performed at different times after the patients had cardiac arrests was analyzed. Two researchers screened the literature and extracted the data independently.A meta-analysis was conducted using Stata 12.0.A total of 57 papers met the inclusion criteria, including 29,269 patients.Of these patients,1,776 had their heartbeats successfully restored. The results showed high heterogeneity(χ~2=3428.85,P<0.01,I2=98.4%).The meta-analysis was conducted using a random-effects model. The combined effect size was 0.171(0.144-0.199).Results:1) The success rate of heartbeat restoration did not differ among the four emergency treatment methods that patients received:the methods described in the 2000 Guidelines for CPR and Emergency Cardiovascular Care, that described in the 2005 version,2010 version, and another CPR method.2) The patients were divided into five groups based on the time when CPR was performed:the ?1min group, the 1-5min group, the 5-10 min group, the 10-15 min group and the >15min group. The CPR success rates of these five groups were 0.247(0.15-0.344),0.353(0.250-0.456),0.136(0.109-0.163),0.058(0.041-0.075),and 0.011(0.004-0.019),respectively.The CPR success rates did not differ between the patients in the ?1min group and the 1-5min group. This success rate was higher for the patients in the 1-5min group than those in the 10-15 min group, those in the 10-15 min group, and those in the >15min group. The CPR success rate was higher for the patients in the 5-10 min group than those in the 10-15 min group and those in the >15min group. The CPR success rate was higher for the patients in the 10-15 min group than those in the >15min group. In addition, the patients were divided into two groups based on whether CPR was performed within the first 10 min after the cardiac arrest occurred:the ?10min group and the >10min group. The CPR success rate was higher for the patients in the ?10min group [0.189(0.161-0.218)] than those in the >10min group [0.044(0.032-0.056)].3) Differences were not found between the CPR success rates among the patients in the telephone guidance group [0.167(0.016-0.351)] and those in the ?1min,1-5min,5-10 min,10-15 min,and >15min groups.4) The CPR success rates did not differ among in the patients in the witness + public group [0.329(0.221-0.436)],those in the ?1min group, and those in the 1-5min group. However, this success rate was higher in the patients in the witness + public group than those in the 5-10 min,10-15 min,and >15min groups. Conclusion:The success rate of heartbeat restoration did not differ among patients receiving CPR based on different guidelines. The success rate of CPR lies in its timeliness. The participation of the general population is the cornerstone of improving CPR.Providing complete emergency treatment equipment and perfecting comprehensive measures can improve the success rate of CPR among patients within the platinum 10 min.CPR research in China must be improved.
文摘To review microbiome alterations associated with pancreatic cancer, its potential utility in diagnostics, risk assessment, and influence on disease outcomes.METHODSA comprehensive literature review was conducted by all-inclusive topic review from PubMed, MEDLINE, and Web of Science. The last search was performed in October 2016.RESULTSDiverse microbiome alterations exist among several body sites including oral, gut, and pancreatic tissue, in patients with pancreatic cancer compared to healthy populations.CONCLUSIONPilot study successes in non-invasive screening strategies warrant further investigation for future translational application in early diagnostics and to learn modifiable risk factors relevant to disease prevention. Pre-clinical investigations exist in other tumor types that suggest microbiome manipulation provides opportunity to favorably transform cancer response to existing treatment protocols and improve survival.
文摘The effect of cobalt on chemical segregation and solution process in three nickel base single crystal superalloys was investigated. It suggests that the higher content of cobalt can accelerate the diffusion process at high temperature.
文摘Acute pancreatitis(AP) is a disorder characterized by parenchymal injury of the pancreas controlled by immune cell-mediated inflammation. This review focuses on these recently reported findings for the purpose of better understanding IL-22's regulatory roles in AP which could help to develop a novel therapeutic strategy.
文摘Fluorescent dyes have been widely used these years.Because of the special optical performance, conventional CCM systems seem to be unable to predict the recipes of fabrics dyed with fluorescent dyes. So the optical properties obtained in solutions cna be applied for describing the optics performance of fluorescent dyes in fabrics.

文摘Irisin is a polypeptide hormone derived from the proteolytic cleavage of fibronectin-type III domain- containing 5 (FNDC5) protein. Taken together, our findings show that voluntary exercise increases irisin production in bone, and that an increase in circulating irisin levels enhances osteogenesis in mice.
文摘The alternative heating/cooling cycles (thermal fatigue) of K465 superalloy were carried out. The results show that the volume fraction ofγ' precipitates is increased with the increase of heating/cooling cycles, which improves the mechanical property of this alloy.

文摘By using remote sensing images from three periods (1980, 1995, 2000) and with the support of GIS and RS, the spatial information of landscape elements of Jilin Province from 1980 to 2000 was interpreted and extracted. Comprehensive effects among human activity, local policy, regional climate and environmental change led to the results.

文摘Restless legs syndrome(RLS)is a common sleep-related movement disorder characterised by an uncomfortable urge to move the legs that occurs during periods of inactivity.Although there have been many case reports on antipsychotic-induced RLS,ziprasidone has never been reported as a cause of RLS.We present a case of a female patient with schizophrenia who presented with symptoms of RLS following the administration of high doses of ziprasidone added to quetiapine and valproate. The patient’s symptoms of RLS occurred following the administration and titration of ziprasidone to 160 mg,and were relieved upon reducing the dose to 120 mg/day.Other potential causative medications and differential diagnoses that could have caused similar symptoms were excluded.Clinicians should be aware of the potential for ziprasidone-induced RLS.Dopamine and serotonin interaction could be the mechanism underlying ziprasidone-induced RLS.
文摘Complex coronary heart disease(CHD)has become a hot spot in medicine due to its complex coronary anatomy, variable clinical factors, difficult hemodynamic reconstruction, and limited effect of conservative drug treatment.Identifying complex CHD and selecting optimal treatment methods have become more scientific as revascularization technology has improved, and coronary risk stratification scores have been introduced.SYNTAX and its derivative scores are decision-making tools that quantitatively describe the characteristics of coronary lesions in patients based on their complexity and severity. The SYNTAX and its derivative scores could assist clinicians in rationalizing the selection of hemodynamic reconstruction treatment strategies, and have demon-strated outstanding value in evaluating the prognosis of patients with complex CHD undergoing revascularization treatment. The authors in this article summary the practical application of SYNTAX and its derivative scores in complex CHD in order to deepen the understanding of the relationship between the choice of different revascularization strategies and SYNTAX and its derived scores in complex CHD and provide a further reference for clinical treatment of complex CHD.
文摘Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)is an inflammatory disorder of the gastrointestinal tract that affects millions of patients worldwide. It has a complex and multifactorial etiology leading to excessive exposure of intestinal epithelium to microbial antigens, inappropriate activation of the immune system and ultimately to the damage of intestinal tissues.Although numerous efforts have been made to improve the disease management,IBD remains persistently recurring and beyond cure. This is due largely to the gaps in our understanding of the pathogenesis of IBD that hamper the development of timely diagnoses and effective treatment. However, some recent discoveries, including the beneficial effects of interleukin-22(IL-22)on the inflamed intestine, have shed light on a self-protective mechanism in IBD.Regenerating islet-derived(REG/Reg)proteins are small secretory proteins which function as IL-22’s downstream effectors.Mounting studies have demonstrated that IBD patients have significantly increased REG expressions in the injured intestine, but with undefined mechanisms and roles. The reported functions of REG/Reg proteins in intestinal homeostasis, such as those of antibacterial,anti-inflammatory and tissue repair, lead us to discuss their potential mechanisms and clinical relevance in IBD in order to advance IBD research and management.
文摘Romashkino oil field has large oilfield area, small formation dip, many reservoir layers, wide oil-water transition zone and complicated sedimentary environment. This offers reference and guidance for the effective and reasonable oil field development in later period.

文摘Background:The development and prognosis of breast cancer are intricately linked to psychological stress. In addition, depression is the most common psychological comorbidity among breast cancer survivors, and reportedly,Fang-Xia-Dihuang decoction(FXDH)can effectively manage depression in such patients. However, its pharmacological and molecular mechanisms remain obscure. Methods:Public databases were used for obtaining active components and related targets.Main active components were further verified by ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography-high-resolution mass spectrometry(UPLC-HRMS).Protein–protein interaction and enrichment analyses were taken to predict potential hub targets and related pathways.Molecule docking was used to understand the interactions between main compounds and hub targets. In addition,an animal model of breast cancer combined with depression was established to evaluate the intervention effect of FXDH and verify the pathways screened by network pharmacology.Results:174 active components of FXDH and 163 intersection targets of FXDH,breast cancer, and depression were identified.Quercetin, methyl ferulate, luteolin, ferulaldehyde, wogonin, and diincarvilone were identified as the principal active components of FXDH.Protein–protein interaction and KEGG enrichment analyses revealed that the phosphoinositide-3-kinase–protein kinase B(PI3K/AKT)and Janus kinase/signal transducer and activator of transcription(JAK2/STAT3)signaling pathways played a crucial role in mediating the efficacy of FXDH for inhibiting breast cancer progression induced by depression. In addition,in vivo experiments revealed that FXDH ameliorated depression-like behavior in mice and inhibited excessive tumor growth in mice with breast cancer and depression.FXDH treatment downregulated the expression of epinephrine,PI3K,AKT,STAT3,and JAK2 compared with the control treatment(p<0.05).Molecular docking verified the relationship between the six primary components of FXDH and the three most important targets, including phosphatidylinositol-4,5-bisphosphate 3-kinase catalytic subunit alpha(PIK3CA),AKT,and STAT3.Conclusion:This study provides a scientific basis to support the clinical application of FXDH for improving depression-like behavior and inhibiting breast cancer progression promoted by chronic stress. The therapeutic effects FXDH may be closely related to the PI3K/AKT and JAK2/STAT3 pathways. This finding helps better understand the regulatory mechanisms underlying the efficacy of FXDH.
文摘The proposed algorithm for reflectance measured with optical glass has been verified with materials of various forms. The reflectances measured with optical glass ( raw), without glass (true) and corrected by the algorithm are compared. The results show that the corrected reflectance agrees very well with true one and their color differences fall below the acceptable limit, which indicates the validity of the correction algorithm. The algorithm could be used not only for fiber-forming materials, but also for powder-forming, granulate-forming, etc.
文摘The most limiting factors for irrigated rice farming are water and nitrogen. N fertilizer effect on water use and water productivity was ranked as N2 > N1 > N0 while water management effect on water use and water productivity was ranked in this order: SC > AWD > MC and MC > AWD > SC respectively.

文摘Macro-microscopic tectonic analysis and lithologic features show that the gold-bearing breccia bodies in the Shuangwang gold deposit, for hydrofracturing of the deep-sourced and alkali-rich fluids in the Devonian sodic rock series, are identified as hydrofracturing breccia bodies. On the basis of the above model, the predicted concealed gold-bearing hydrofracturing breccia bodies have been preliminarily validated by latest drillings.
