The transcription factor WRINKLED1(WRI1),a member of AP2 gene family that contain typical AP2 domains,has been considered as a master regulator regulating oil biosynthesis in oilseeds.However,the regulatory mechanism of RcWRI1 in regulating oil accumulation during seed development has not been clearly addressed.Castor bean(Ricinus communis)is one of the most important non-edible oil crops and its seed oils are rich in hydroxy fatty acids,widely applied in industry.In this study,based on castor bean reference genome,three RcWRIs genes(RcWRI1,RcWRI2 and RcWRI3)were identified and the expressed association of RcWRI1 with oil accumulation were determined.Heterologous transformation of RcWRI1 significantly increased oil content in tobacco leaf,confirming that RcWRI1 activate lipid biosynthesis pathway.Using DNA Affinity Purification sequencing(DAP-seq)technology,we confirmed RcWRI1 binding with Transcription Start Site of genes and identified 7961 WRI1-binding candidate genes.Functionally,these identified genes were mainly involved in diverse metabolism pathways(including lipid biosynthesis).Three cis-elements AW-box([CnTnG](n)7[CG])and AW-boxes like([GnAnC](n)6[GC]/[GnAnC](n)7[G])bound with RcWRI1 were identified.Co-expression network analysis of RcWRI1 further found that RcWRI1 might be widely involved in biosynthesis of storage materials during seed development.In particular,yeast one hybrid experiments found that both AP2 domains within RcWRI1 were required in binding targeted genes.These results not only provide new evidence to understand the regulatory mechanism of RcWRI1 in regulation of oil accumulation during castor bean seed development,but also give candidate gene resource for subsequent genetic improvement toward increasing oil content in oilseed crops. 展开更多

The process of thermal stress damage during 1080 nm laser ablation of single-crystal germanium was recorded in real time using a high-speed charge-coupled device.A three-dimensional finite element numerical model based on Fourier's heat conduction equation,Hooke's law and the Alexander–Hasson equation was developed to analyze the thermal stress damage mechanism involved.The damage morphology of the ablated samples was observed using an optical microscope.The results show that the cooling process has an important influence on fracture in the laser-irradiated region of single-crystal germanium.Fracture is the result of a combination of thermal stress and reduction in local yield strength. 展开更多

负载型金属催化剂广泛应用于现代化学化工过程,其中,金属颗粒的尺寸通常对催化性能起着至关重要的作用.尤其是,那些粒径低于2 nm的高分散金属纳米簇,不仅具有接近单原子催化剂的原子利用效率,而且展现出协同活化底物的能力.这使得它们... 负载型金属催化剂广泛应用于现代化学化工过程,其中,金属颗粒的尺寸通常对催化性能起着至关重要的作用.尤其是,那些粒径低于2 nm的高分散金属纳米簇,不仅具有接近单原子催化剂的原子利用效率,而且展现出协同活化底物的能力.这使得它们在特定反应中能够兼具单原子和纳米催化剂的优势,并逐渐受到关注.然而,制备高稳定负载型纳米簇催化剂仍然是一项挑战.传统的“自下而上”制备策略存在成本高、产率低以及复杂配体难以去除等问题.近年来,通过“自上而下”的方法将金属纳米颗粒等聚集体再分散为单原子已经成为一种较普遍的单原子催化剂制备方法,但利用类似策略合成纳米簇催化剂的报道较少.本文通过对TiO_(2)负载的铂纳米颗粒或PtO_(2)粉末进行简单的煅烧,成功制备了高分散且热稳定的铂纳米簇,并通过系统表征和密度泛函理论(DFT)模拟深入研究了这一再分散过程和机制.首先,使用胶体沉淀法合成了TiO_(2)负载的铂纳米颗粒催化剂.在400°C空气中焙烧除去除保护剂后,铂纳米颗粒平均粒径为3.4 nm.然而,当焙烧温度升高至550°C时,Pt纳米颗粒消失,转化为高度分散的纳米簇,平均粒径约为1 nm.X射线光电子能谱和X射线吸收近边结构结果表明,再分散后铂的价态从金属态转变为+4价为主的氧化态;扩展X射线吸收精细结构的拟合结果进一步证实了再分散后铂的高价态和小尺寸.值得注意的是,与大部分金属再分散均形成单原子分散物种不同,本工作中铂在TiO_(2)载体上的再分散以纳米簇为最终物种.为了解释纳米簇的形成,详细研究了金属再分散过程.通过对照试验,排除了表面活性剂的作用,并证实形成氧化铂物种在再分散过程中起关键作用.通过DFT计算评估了可能的氧化铂中间体的化学势,结果表明铂的氧化单体,尤其是Pt_(1)(O_(2))/r110和气态PtO_(2)(g),具有更低的化学势,使得纳米颗粒的分解更有可能发生.进一步通过DFT模拟排除了以Pt_(1)(O_(2))/r110为中间体的表面扩散机理,并指出对于气相捕获机制,PtO_(2)(g)是最可能的气态中间体.模拟结果表明,PtO_(2)(g)分子优先被VTi_(5)c空位捕获并形成P_(tion)-r110位点;该位点可诱导更多的PtO_(2)(g)单体在其上聚集,从而生长为纳米簇;在550°C下焙烧时,其尺寸稳定分布在1 nm左右.综上,本工作提出一种“自上而下”的制备策略,通过金属颗粒在载体表面的再分散过程,成功合成了负载纳米簇催化剂.该制备方法简单可行,易于放大,为实现宏量制备提供了有效途径.同时,深入研究了再分散过程,揭示了纳米簇物种形成的原因和机理,为金属再分散现象提供了新的理解和认识. 展开更多

CO氧化是工业生产和汽车尾气处理中的重要反应,对控制环境污染具有重要意义.同时,作为结构敏感的常见探针反应,CO氧化对催化基础理论的发展和新型催化剂的开发都起到重要的推动作用,如L-H、MvK机理的提出和发展、单原子催化剂的发现和相关理论的发展等.深入研究催化剂上的CO氧化机理,不仅能够深化我们对催化剂构效关系的理解,而且可以为催化剂在其他化学反应中的应用提供有益的参考和启示.在本工作的第一部分(Chin.J.Catal.,2024,58,237–246)中,我们通过Pt纳米颗粒(NP)在TiO_(2)表面的再分散,成功合成了Pt/TiO_(2)纳米簇(NC)催化剂,随之以CO氧化为模型反应研究其催化性能.本工作研究发现,Pt/TiO_(2)NC对CO氧化具有较好的表观和本征活性,其在100和20°C下的表观反应速率为2.61和0.24 molCO gPt^(‒1)h^(‒1),分别是Pt NP催化剂的7.2和12倍,也是大部分文献报道的Pt基催化剂的3‒20倍;相应地,Pt NC催化剂上的CO氧化在100和20°C下的TOF值为0.18和0.016 s^(‒1),分别是Pt NP催化剂的2.7和4.4倍.同时,Pt NC稳定性突出,在经过五次循环或长达40 h的反应后,其活性无明显降低.随后,详细研究了催化剂上的CO氧化反应机理.动力学研究表明,Pt NP催化剂上的CO和O_(2)反应级数皆为正(0.15和0.45),推测其上的CO氧化遵循MvK机制或非竞争的L-H机制.而Pt NC催化剂上CO级数为‒0.019,O_(2)级数为0.33,近零CO级数表明CO对反应没有影响,CO氧化的决速步为O_(2)的活化.同位素^(18)O标记实验结果表明,在Pt NP催化剂上主要是晶格氧参与反应,表明其反应路径主要遵循MvK机制.而在Pt NC催化剂上,参与反应的主要是活化的气相氧.为了进一步研究Pt NC上CO氧化反应过程,进行了^(18)O_(2)参与的脉冲反应实验,发现无论在常温或100°C下,当18O2通过预吸附CO饱和的Pt NC样品时,没有CO_(2)产生.排除CO对O_(2)活化的影响(CO级数接近零),这表明吸附在Pt NC上的CO并未发生反应.相反,当CO通过预吸附^(18)O_(2)饱和的Pt NC样品时,立即有CO_(2)产生,表明是气相CO或者弱吸附在载体TiO_(2)表面的CO与催化剂上预吸附并活化的氧发生了反应.低温原位红外光谱实验结果表明,在‒160°C下,弱吸附在TiO_(2)表面的CO的确发生了反应,而吸附在Pt NC上的CO没有反应.由于在低温下,Pt被强吸附的CO覆盖,而TiO_(2)对CO氧化是无活性的,因此这也证实了Pt NC-TiO_(2)界面在低温下活化O_(2)的能力.上述结果表明,Pt NC催化剂上的CO氧化反应机理为:CO吸附在TiO_(2)表面并与在界面处活化的氧发生反应.综上,本文深入研究了TiO_(2)负载的Pt纳米簇催化剂上的CO氧化反应机理,有助于理解负载金属纳米簇催化剂高活性的起因,同时可为高活性催化剂的设计和构筑提供借鉴. 展开更多

Li metal batteries using high-voltage layered oxides cathodes are of particular interest due to their high energy density.However,they suffer from short lifespan and extreme safety concerns,which are attributed to the degradation of layered oxides and the decomposition of electrolyte at high voltage,as well as the high reactivity of metallic Li.The key is the development of stable electrolytes against both highvoltage cathodes and Li with the formation of robust interphase films on the surfaces.Herein,we report a highly fluorinated ether,1,1,1-trifluoro-2-[(2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy)methoxy]ethane(TTME),as a cosolvent,which not only functions as a diluent forming a localized high concentration electrolyte(LHCE),but also participates in the construction of the inner solvation structure.The TTME-based electrolyte is stable itself at high voltage and induces the formation of a unique double-layer solid electrolyte interphase(SEI)film,which is embodied as one layer rich in crystalline structural components for enhanced mechanical strength and another amorphous layer with a higher concentration of organic components for enhanced flexibility.The Li||Cu cells display a noticeably high Coulombic efficiency of 99.28%after 300 cycles and Li symmetric cells maintain stable cycling more than 3200 h at 0.5 mA/cm^(2) and 1.0m Ah/cm^(2).In addition,lithium metal cells using LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_(2) and Li CoO_(2) cathodes(both loadings~3.0 m Ah/cm^(2))realize capacity retentions of>85%over 240 cycles with a charge cut-off voltage of 4.4 V and 90%for 170 cycles with a charge cut-off voltage of 4.5 V,respectively.This study offers a bifunctional ether-based electrolyte solvent beneficial for high-voltage Li metal batteries. 展开更多

Association of physical activity with risk of chronic kidney disease in China:A population-based cohort study 被引量:1

Background:Information on the association between physical activity(PA)and the risk of chronic kidney disease(CKD)is limited.We aimed to explore the associations of total,domain-specific,and intensity-specific PA with CKD and its subtypes in China.Methods:The study included 475,376 adults from the China Kadoorie Biobank aged 30-79 years during 2004-2008 at baseline.An interviewer-administered questionnaire was used to collect the information about PA,which was quantified as metabolic equivalent of task hours per day(MET-h/day)and categorized into 4 groups based on quartiles.Cox regression was used to analyze the association between PA and CKD risk.Results:During a median follow-up of 12.1 years,5415 incident CKD cases were documented,including 1159 incident diabetic kidney disease(DKD)cases and 362 incident hypertensive nephropathy(HTN)cases.Total PA was inversely associated with CKD risk,with an adjusted hazard ratio(HR,95%confidence interval(95%CI))of 0.83(0.75-0.92)for incident CKD in the highest quartile of total PA as compared with participants in the lowest quartile.Similar results were observed for risk of DKD and HTN,and the corresponding HRs(95%CIs)were 0.75(0.58-0.97)for DKD risk and 0.56(0.37-0.85)for HTN risk.Increased nonoccupational PA,low-intensity PA,and moderate-to-vigorous-intensity PA were significantly associated with a decreased risk of CKD,with HRs(95%CIs)of 0.80(0.73-0.88),0.85(0.77-0.94),and 0.85(0.76-0.95)in the highest quartile,respectively.Conclusion:PA,including nonoccupational PA,low-intensity PA,and moderate-to-vigorous-intensity PA,was inversely associated with the risk of CKD,including DKD,HTN,and other CKD,and such associations were dose dependent. 展开更多

High-resolution multi-color printing relies upon pixelated optical nanostructures,which is crucial to promote color display by producing nonbleaching colors,yet requires simplicity in fabrication and dynamic switching.Antimony trisulfide(Sb_(2)S_(3))is a newly rising chalcogenide material that possesses prompt and significant transition of its optical characteristics in the visible region between amorphous and crystalline phases,which holds the key to color-varying devices.Herein,we proposed a dynamically switchable color printing method using Sb_(2)S_(3)-based stepwise pixelated Fabry-Pérot(FP)cavities with various cavity lengths.The device was fabricated by employing a direct laser patterning that is a less timeconsuming,more approachable,and low-cost technique.As switching the state of Sb_(2)S_(3) between amorphous and crystalline,the multi-color of stepwise pixelated FP cavities can be actively changed.The color variation is due to the profound change in the refractive index of Sb_(2)S_(3) over the visible spectrum during its phase transition.Moreover,we directly fabricated sub-50 nm nano-grating on ultrathin Sb_(2)S_(3) laminate via microsphere 800-nm femtosecond laser irradiation in far field.The minimum feature size can be further decreased down to~45 nm(λ/17)by varying the thickness of Sb_(2)S_(3) film.Ultrafast switchable Sb_(2)S_(3) photonic devices can take one step toward the next generation of inkless erasable papers or displays and enable information encryption,camouflaging surfaces,anticounterfeiting,etc.Importantly,our work explores the prospects of rapid and rewritable fabrication of periodic structures with nano-scale resolution and can serve as a guideline for further development of chalcogenide-based photonics components. 展开更多

The density and composition of lymphocytes infiltrating colon tumors serve as predictive factors for the clinical outcome of colon cancer.Our previous studies highlighted the potent anti-cancer properties of the principal compounds found in Garcinia yunnanensis(YTE-17),attributing these effects to the regu-lation of multiple signaling pathways.However,knowledge regarding the mechanism and effect of YTE-17 in the prevention of colorectal cancer is limited.In this study,we conducted isobaric tags for relative and absolute quantification(iTRAQ)analysis on intestinal epithelial cells(IECs)exposed YTE-17,both in vitro and in vivo,revealing a significant inhibition of the Wnt family member 5a(Wnt5a)/c-Jun N-terminal kinase(JNK)signaling pathway.Subsequently,we elucidated the influence and mechanism of YTE-17 on the tumor microenvironment(TME),specifically focusing on macrophage-mediated T helper 17(Th17)cell induction in a colitis-associated cancer(CAC)model with Wnt5a deletion.Additionally,we performed the single-cell RNA sequencing(scRNA-seq)on the colonic tissue from the Wnt5a-deleted CAC model to characterize the composition,lineage,and functional status of immune mesenchymal cells during different stages of colorectal cancer(CRC)progression.Remarkably,our findings demon-strate a significant reduction in M2 macrophage polarization and Th17 cell phenotype upon treatment with YTE-17,leading to the restoration of regulatory T(Treg)/Th17 cell balance in azoxymethane(AOM)/dextran sodium sulfate(DSS)model.Furthermore,we also confirmed that YTE-17 effectively inhibited the glycolysis of Th17 cells in both direct and indirect co-culture systems with M2 macrophages.Notably,our study shed light on potential mechanisms linking the non-canonical Wnt5a/JNK signaling pathway and well-established canonical b-catenin oncogenic pathway in vivo.Specifically,we proposed that Wnt5a/JNK signaling activity in IECs promotes the development of cancer stem cells with b-catenin activity within the TME,involving macrophages and T cells.In summary,our study undergoes the po-tential of YTE-17 as a preventive strategy against CRC development by addressing the imbalance with the immune microenvironment,thereby mitigating the risk of malignancies. 展开更多

A non-probabilistic reliability topology optimization method is proposed based on the aggregation function and matrix multiplication.The expression of the geometric stiffness matrix is derived,the finite element linear buckling analysis is conducted,and the sensitivity solution of the linear buckling factor is achieved.For a specific problem in linear buckling topology optimization,a Heaviside projection function based on the exponential smooth growth is developed to eliminate the gray cells.The aggregation function method is used to consider the high-order eigenvalues,so as to obtain continuous sensitivity information and refined structural design.With cyclic matrix programming,a fast topology optimization method that can be used to efficiently obtain the unit assembly and sensitivity solution is conducted.To maximize the buckling load,under the constraint of the given buckling load,two types of topological optimization columns are constructed.The variable density method is used to achieve the topology optimization solution along with the moving asymptote optimization algorithm.The vertex method and the matching point method are used to carry out an uncertainty propagation analysis,and the non-probability reliability topology optimization method considering buckling responses is developed based on the transformation of non-probability reliability indices based on the characteristic distance.Finally,the differences in the structural topology optimization under different reliability degrees are illustrated by examples. 展开更多

Long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs)function as key modulators in mammalian immunity,particularly due to their involvement in lncRNA-mediated competitive endogenous RNA(ceRNA)crosstalk.Despite their recognized significance in mammals,research on lncRNAs in lower vertebrates remains limited.In the present study,we characterized the first immune-related lncRNA(pol-lnc78)in the teleost Japanese flounder(Paralichthys olivaceus).Results indicated that pol-lnc78 acted as a ceRNA for pol-miR-n199-3p to target the sterile alpha and armadillo motif-containing protein(SARM),the fifth discovered member of the Toll/interleukin 1(IL-1)receptor(TIR)adaptor family.This ceRNA network regulated the antibacterial responses of flounder via the Toll-like receptor(TLR)signaling pathway.Specifically,SARM acted as a negative regulator and exacerbated bacterial infection by inhibiting the expression of inflammatory cytokines IL-1βand tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α).Pol-miR-n199-3p reduced SARM expression by specifically interacting with the 3’untranslated region(UTR),thereby promoting SARM-dependent inflammatory cytokine expression and protecting the host against bacterial dissemination.Furthermore,pol-lnc78 sponged pol-miR-n199-3p to ameliorate the inhibition of SARM expression.During infection,the negative regulators pol-lnc78 and SARM were significantly down-regulated,while pol-miR-n199-3p was significantly up-regulated,thus favoring host antibacterial defense.These findings provide novel insights into the mechanisms underlying fish immunity and open new horizons to better understand ceRNA crosstalk in lower vertebrates. 展开更多

Compared with teenage patients,adult patients generally show a slower rate of tooth movement and more pronounced alveolar bone loss during orthodontic treatment,indicating the maladaptation of alveolar bone homeostasis under orthodontic force.However,this phenomenon is not well-elucidated to date,leading to increased treatment difficulties and unsatisfactory treatment outcomes in adult orthodontics.Aiming to provide a comprehensive knowledge and further inspire insightful understanding towards this issue,this review summarizes the current evidence and underlying mechanisms.The age-related abatements in mechanosensing and mechanotransduction in adult cells and periodontal tissue may contribute to retarded and unbalanced bone metabolism,thus hindering alveolar bone reconstruction during orthodontic treatment.To this end,periodontal surgery,physical and chemical cues are being developed to reactivate or rejuvenate the aging periodontium and restore the dynamic equilibrium of orthodontic-mediated alveolar bone metabolism.We anticipate that this review will present a general overview of the role that aging plays in orthodontic alveolar bone metabolism and shed new light on the prospective ways out of the impasse. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Generalized anxiety disorder(GAD)is a relatively common mental disorder.Recently,inflammation,an important factor for the development of depression,has attracted increasing attention.Several studies have shown that inflammatory cytokines can affect the pathophysiological processes of several nervous system diseases.We hypothesized that there is a correlation between the levels of lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-stimulated inflammatory cytokines and the clinical symptoms of GAD.AIM To investigate the predictive effect of LPS-stimulated inflammatory cytokines on symptoms of GAD.METHODS This was a cross-sectional study in which 89 patients with GAD diagnosed at The First Hospital of Hebei Medical University from January 2022 to December 2022 and 70 individuals without anxiety and depression(controls)during the same period were included.Fasting venous blood was collected from all the subjects in heparin tubes,and another 3 ml of blood was supplemented with LPS(10 ng/ml).The plasma levels of 12 cytokines[Interleukin(IL)-1β,IL-2,IL-4,IL-5,IL-6,IL-8,IL-10,tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α,interferon(IFN)-γ,IL-17A,IL-12p70,and IFN-α]were detected.RESULTS Post-LPS stimulation,the levels of IL-1β,IL-6,IL-8,IL-10,and TNF-αin both the control and GAD groups were significantly elevated above those in the nonstimulated groups,with IL-6 and IL-8 showing marked increases.Increases in IL-8 and TNF-αwere statistically significant in the GAD group(P<0.05).IL-1β,IL-6,IL-8,IL-10,and TNF-αwere found to be significantly correlated with Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale(HAMA)scores(P<0.05).A negative correlation was observed between IL-10 levels and HAMA scores.Further analysis revealed that TNF-αwas associated with mental anxiety,whereas IL-1β,IL-8,and IL-10 were associated with physical anxiety symptoms,with IL-10 showing a negative correlation with physical anxiety.IL-6 was associated with both mental and physical aspects of anxiety.CONCLUSION The physical symptoms of GAD are related to inflammatory factors.IL-1β,IL-8,IL-10,and TNF-a can be used as predictors of physical or mental anxiety in patients with GAD. 展开更多

The design synthesis is the key issue in the mechanical conceptual design to generate the design candidates that meet the design requirements.This paper devotes to propose a novel and computable synthesis approach of mechanisms based on graph theory and polynomial operation.The graph framework of the synthesis approach is built firstly,and it involves:(1)the kinematic function units extracted from mechanisms;(2)the kinematic link graph that transforms the synthesis problem from mechanical domain into graph domain;(3)two graph representations,i.e.,walk representation and path representation,of design candidates;(4)a weighted matrix theorem that transforms the synthesis process into polynomial operation.Then,the formulas and algorithm to the polynomial operation are presented.Based on them,the computational flowchart to the synthesis approach is summarized.A design example is used to validate and illustrate the synthesis approach in detail.The proposed synthesis approach is not only supportive to enumerate the design candidates to the conceptual design of a mechanical system exhaustively and automatically,but also helpful to make that enumeration process computable. 展开更多

Objective:To analyze the effect of mechanical and manual compression on the resuscitation effect of out-of-hospital cardiac arrest patients.Methods:The 40 trained medical personnel who are skilled in bare hand compression and cardiopulmonary resuscitation machines were divided into two groups with 20 people in each group.The control group consists of a bare hand compression group while the observation group consists of cardiopulmonary resuscitation group.The two groups of people performed heart compression on the simulated person and observe the effect of the two compression methods on the patient during the cardiac arrest operation.Results:The resuscitation success rate in the control group was 65%,the resuscitation success rate in the observation group was 90%.The systolic blood pressure,heart rate,blood oxygen saturation,the accuracy rate of compression depth frequency,and interruption time in the observation group(cardiac resuscitation compression group)were significantly better than the control group(bare hand compression group).Conclusion:The use of mechanical compression has a small error rate,a high success rate,saves time and effort,and can effectively help patients.It is worth promoting and applying. 展开更多

Agropyron cristatum(2n=4x=28,PPPP),which harbours many high-yield and disease-resistance genes,is a promising donor for wheat improvement.Narrow genetic diversity and the trade-off between grain weight and grain number have become bottlenecks for increasing grain yield in wheat.In this study,a novel translocation line,WAT650l,was derived from the chromosome 6P addition line 4844–12,which can simultaneously increase both grain number per spike(GNS)and thousand-grain weight(TGW).Cytological analysis and molecular marker analysis revealed that WAT650l was a 5BL.5BS-6PL(bin 12–17)translocation line.Assessment of agronomic traits and analysis of the BC4F2 and BC5F2 populations suggested that the 6PL terminal chromosome segment in WAT650l resulted in increased grain number per spike(average increased by 14.07 grains),thousand-grain weight(average increased by 4.31 g),flag leaf length,plant height,spikelet number per spike and kernel number per spikelet during the two growing seasons of 2020–2021 and 2021–2022.Additionally,the increased GNS locus and high-TGW locus of WAT650l were mapped to the bins 16–17 and 12–13,respectively,on chromosome 6PL by genetic population analysis of three translocation lines.In summary,we provide a valuable germplasm resource for broadening the genetic base of wheat and overcoming the negative relationship between GNS and TGW in wheat breeding. 展开更多

Speech emotion recognition,as an important component of humancomputer interaction technology,has received increasing attention.Recent studies have treated emotion recognition of speech signals as a multimodal task,due to its inclusion of the semantic features of two different modalities,i.e.,audio and text.However,existing methods often fail in effectively represent features and capture correlations.This paper presents a multi-level circulant cross-modal Transformer(MLCCT)formultimodal speech emotion recognition.The proposed model can be divided into three steps,feature extraction,interaction and fusion.Self-supervised embedding models are introduced for feature extraction,which give a more powerful representation of the original data than those using spectrograms or audio features such as Mel-frequency cepstral coefficients(MFCCs)and low-level descriptors(LLDs).In particular,MLCCT contains two types of feature interaction processes,where a bidirectional Long Short-term Memory(Bi-LSTM)with circulant interaction mechanism is proposed for low-level features,while a two-stream residual cross-modal Transformer block is appliedwhen high-level features are involved.Finally,we choose self-attention blocks for fusion and a fully connected layer to make predictions.To evaluate the performance of our proposed model,comprehensive experiments are conducted on three widely used benchmark datasets including IEMOCAP,MELD and CMU-MOSEI.The competitive results verify the effectiveness of our approach. 展开更多

The Zengmu and Beikang basins,separated by the West Baram Line(WBL)in the southwestern South China Sea margin,display distinct geological and geophysical features.However,the nature of the basins and the WBL are debated.Here we explore this issue by conducting the stratigraphic and structural interpretation,faults and subsidence analysis,and lithospheric finite extension modelling using seismic data.Results show that the WBL is a trans-extensional fault zone comprising normal faults and flower structures mainly active in the Late Eocene to Early Miocene.The Zengmu Basin,to the southwest of the WBL,shows an overall synformal geometry,thick folded strata in the Late Eocene to Late Miocene(40.4-5.2 Ma),and pretty small normal faults at the basin edge,which imply that the Zengmu Basin is a foreland basin under the Luconia and Borneo collision in the Sarawak since the Eocene.Furthermore,the basin exhibits two stages of subsidence(fast in 40.4-30 Ma and slow in 30-0 Ma);but the amount of observed subsidence and heat flow are both greater than that predicted by crustal thinning.The Beikang Basin,to the NE of the WBL,consists of the syn-rift faulted sub-basins(45-16.4 Ma)and the post-rift less deformed sequences(16.4-0 Ma).The heat flow(~60 mW/m2)is also consistent with that predicted based on crustal thinning,inferring that it is a rifted basin.However,the basin shows three stages of subsidence(fast in 45-30 Ma,uplift in 30-16.4 Ma,and fast in 16.4-0 Ma).In the uplift stage,the strata were partly folded in the Late Oligocene and partly eroded in the Early Miocene,which is probably caused by the flexural bulging in response to the paleo-South China Sea subduction and the subsequent Dangerous Grounds and Borneo collision in the Sabah to the east of the WBL. 展开更多

Gaofen-3-02(GF3-02)is the first C-band synthetic aperture radar(SAR)satellite with terrain observation with progressive scans of SAR(TOPSAR)imaging mode in China,which plays an essential role in marine environment monitoring.Given the weak scattering characteristics of the ocean,the system thermal noise superimposed on SAR images has significant interference,especially in cross-polarization channels.Noise-Equivalent Sigma-Zero(NESZ)is a measure of the sensitivity of the radar to areas of low backscatter.The NESZ is defined to be the scattering cross-section coefficient of an area which contributes a mean level in the image equal to the signal-independent additive noise level.For TOPSAR,NESZ exhibits the shape of the SAR scanning gain curve in the azimuth and the shape of the antenna pattern in the range.Therefore,the accurate measurement of NESZ plays a vital role in the application of spaceborne SAR sea surface cross-polarization data.This paper proposes a theoretical calculation method for the NESZ curve in GF3-02 TOPSAR mode based on SAR noise inner calibration data and the imaging algorithm.A method for correcting the error existing in the theoretical curve of NESZ is also proposed according to the relationship between sea surface backscattering and wind speed and the same characteristics of target scattering in the overlapping area of adjacent sub-swaths.According to assessment with wide-swath TOPSAR cross-polarization data,the GF3-02 TOPSAR mode has a very low thermal noise level,which is better than−33 dB at the edge of each beam,and controlled below−38 dB at the center of the beam.The two-dimensional reference curves of the NESZ of each beam are provided to the GF3-02 TOPSAR users.After discussing the relationship between normalized radar cross section(NRCS)and wind speed,we provide a formula for NRCS related to wind speed and radar incidence angle.Compared with the NRCS derived from this formula and the NESZ-subtracted NRCS of SAR images,the bias is−0.0048 dB,the Root Mean Square Error is 1.671 dB and the correlation coefficient is 0.939. 展开更多
