Haptic is the modality that complements traditional multimedia,i.e.,audiovisual,to evolve the next wave of innovation at which the Internet data stream can be exchanged to enable remote skills and control applications.This will require ultra-low latency and ultra-high reliability to evolve the mobile experience into the era of Digital Twin and Tactile Internet.While the 5th generation of mobile networks is not yet widely deployed,Long-Term Evolution(LTE-A)latency remains much higher than the 1 ms requirement for the Tactile Internet and therefore the Digital Twin.This work investigates an interesting solution based on the incorporation of Software-defined networking(SDN)and Multi-access Mobile Edge Computing(MEC)technologies in an LTE-A network,to deliver future multimedia applications over the Tactile Internet while overcoming the QoS challenges.Several network scenarios were designed and simulated using Riverbed modeler and the performance was evaluated using several time-related Key Performance Indicators(KPIs)such as throughput,End-2-End(E2E)delay,and jitter.The best scenario possible is clearly the one integrating MEC and SDN approaches,where the overall delay,jitter,and throughput for haptics-attained 2 ms,0.01 ms,and 1000 packets per second.The results obtained give clear evidence that the integration of,both SDN and MEC,in LTE-A indicates performance improvement,and fulfills the standard requirements in terms of the above KPIs,for realizing a Digital Twin/Tactile Internet-based system. 展开更多

Rational design of efficient and robust earth-abundant alkaline hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)catalysts is a key factor for developing energy conversion technologies.Currently,antiperovskite nitride CuNMn_(3)has garnered significant interest due to its remarkable properties such as negative/zero thermal expansion and magnetocaloric effects.However,when utilized as hydrogen evolution catalysts,it encounters large challenge resulting from excessively strong/weak interactions with adsorbed H on Mn/Cu active sites,which leads to low HER activity.In this study,we introduce an asymmetric orbital hybridization strategy in Zn-doped Cu_(1-x)Zn_(x)NMn_(3)by leveraging the localization of Zn electronic states to reconfigure the electronic structures of Cu and Mn,thereby reducing the energy barrier for water dissociation and optimizing Cu and Mn active sites for hydrogen adsorption and H_(2)production.Electrochemical evaluations reveal that Cu_(0.85)Zn_(0.15)NMn_(3)with x=0.15 demonstrates exceptional electrocatalytic activity in alkaline electrolytes.A low overpotential of 52 mV at 10 mA cm^(-2)and outstanding stability over a 150-h test period are achieved,surpassing commercial Pt/C.This research offers a novel strategy for enhancing HER performance by modulating asymmetric hybridization of electron orbitals between multiple metal atoms within a material structure. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma(PDAC)is a common cancer with increasing morbidity and mortality due to changes of social environment.AIM To evaluate the significance of serum carbohydrate antigen 19-9(CA19-9)and tumor size changes pre-and post-neoadjuvant therapy(NAT).METHODS This retrospective study was conducted at the Chongqing Key Laboratory of Translational Research for Cancer Metastasis and Individualized Treatment,Chongqing University Cancer Hospital.This study specifically assessed CA19-9 levels and tumor size before and after NAT.RESULTS A total of 156 patients who completed NAT and subsequently underwent tumor resection were included in this study.The average age was 65.4±10.6 years and 72(46.2%)patients were female.Before survival analysis,we defined the post-NAT serum CA19-9 level/pre-NAT serum CA19-9 level as the CA19-9 ratio(CR).The patients were divided into three groups:CR<0.5,CR>0.5 and<1 and CR>1.With regard to tumor size measured by both computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging,we defined the post-NAT tumor size/pre-NAT tumor size as the tumor size ratio(TR).The patients were then divided into three groups:TR<0.5,TR>0.5 and<1 and TR>1.Based on these groups divided according to CR and TR,we performed both overall survival(OS)and disease-free survival(DFS)analyses.Log-rank tests showed that both OS and DFS were significantly different among the groups according to CR and TR(P<0.05).CR and TR after NAT were associated with increased odds of achieving a complete or near-complete pathologic response.Moreover,CR(hazard ratio:1.721,95%CI:1.373-3.762;P=0.006),and TR(hazard ratio:1.435,95%CI:1.275-4.363;P=0.014)were identified as independent factors associated with OS.CONCLUSION This study demonstrated that post-NAT serum CA19-9 level/pre-NAT serum CA19-9 level and post-NAT tumor size/pre-NAT tumor size were independent factors associated with OS in patients with PDAC who received NAT and subsequent surgical resection. 展开更多

Currently,the aerial survey system of low-altitude unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)has been widely used in acquiring digital map 4D products,mapping,digital linear maps,and other aspects.However,there are problems,such as low precision and weak practicability in constructing digital elevation model(DEM)products through the data collected using consumption level UAVs.Therefore,improving the accuracy of DEM products obtained by consumption level UAVs is a crucial and complex issue in the research of UAV aerial survey systems.In precision elevation measurement,the geodetic height of a certain number of ground points with reasonable distribution in the region is often obtained first.Then,the normal height of the ground points is obtained by leveling,and the elevation residual value surface of the region is fitted.Finally,the normal height of the points to be solved in the region is obtained by fitting the elevation residual surface.Therefore,the elevation residual fitting method was used to improve the accuracy of consumer UAV DEM products in this study.First,a high-quality ground point cloud was obtained by constructing the gradient filtering-cloth simulation filtering(GF-CSF)model.Second,an abnormal elevation fitting residual DEM model was constructed.Lastly,the final DEM was obtained using the DEM difference method.The experimental results show that among the 20 random sampling inspection points,the average elevation residual was 2.3 mm,and the root mean square error(RMSE)was 16.7 mm after the DEM accuracy was improved by the method.The average elevation residual without improving the DEM accuracy was 28.6 mm,and RMSE was 33.7 mm. 展开更多

等离激元催化是利用金属纳米颗粒的局域表面等离激元来驱动化学反应的现象,已经发展成为多相催化的一个新兴研究领域.然而,实验研究中温度测量不准和反应物吸附状态不明确导致等离激元催化反应的微观机制存在争议.为了研究等离激元催化... 等离激元催化是利用金属纳米颗粒的局域表面等离激元来驱动化学反应的现象,已经发展成为多相催化的一个新兴研究领域.然而,实验研究中温度测量不准和反应物吸附状态不明确导致等离激元催化反应的微观机制存在争议.为了研究等离激元催化反应动力学,本文设计搭建了一台基于在线质谱检测的装置,通过对反应器的改进来解决温度测量和吸附状态识别的问题.相比于传统设计中仅安装一个热偶,本文在反应器中安装了三个热偶.基于传热模型,这种多点测温技术可以定量计算出催化剂的有效温度以及热反应的贡献.此外,在装置中集成了程序升温脱附谱,用于测量反应物的吸附状态.通过对模型催化反应Au/TiO_(2)等离激元催化H_(2)+D_(2)→HD的定量测量,测试了该装置的性能,明确了H_(2)/D_(2)在Au/TiO_(2)界面的解离吸附和非热反应对HD生成的贡献,证明了该装置在等离激元催化反应动力学研究方面的能力. 展开更多

支气管镜冷冻治疗气管支气管结核时结核分枝杆菌生存状态及疗效的研究 被引量:3

目的探讨支气管镜不同冷冻频率及时长治疗气管支气管结核(TBTB)时,结核分枝杆菌生存状态及疾病治疗情况。方法收集2021年9月-2022年1月该院结核分枝杆菌菌株30株(耐多药株15株,敏感株15株),每株细菌分为对照组、实验组1(冷冻处理30 s)... 目的探讨支气管镜不同冷冻频率及时长治疗气管支气管结核(TBTB)时,结核分枝杆菌生存状态及疾病治疗情况。方法收集2021年9月-2022年1月该院结核分枝杆菌菌株30株(耐多药株15株,敏感株15株),每株细菌分为对照组、实验组1(冷冻处理30 s)、实验组2(冷冻处理1 min)和实验组3(冷冻处理2 min)进行相应处理,观察不同冷冻时间对结核分枝杆菌生存状态的影响。同时选择2021年9月-2022年1月确诊为菌阳TBTB患者62例作为研究对象(冷冻治疗组31例,非冷冻治疗组31例),观察冷冻治疗效果。结果对照组与实验组1、实验组2与实验组3的秩均值分别为31.17∶29.83和29.78∶31.22,P值分别为0.749和0.733,结核分枝杆菌生存状态差异无统计学意义。对照组与实验组2、对照组与实验组3、实验组1与实验组2、实验组1与实验组3的秩均值分别为43.95∶17.05、43.78∶17.22、43.92∶17.08和43.75∶17.25,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组2和实验组3中,敏感株与耐多药株秩均值分别为18.53∶12.47和19.97∶11.03,P值分别为0.042和0.003,差异有统计学意义,而耐多药株生长状态较敏感株更差。病灶经过冷冻治疗前后,结核分枝杆菌活菌载量差异具有统计学意义,秩均值分别为37.77和25.23(P<0.05)。在治疗3个月后,冷冻治疗组有效性(包括显效83.87%与有效9.68%)高于非冷冻处理组(包括显效29.03%和有效41.94%),两组间差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=18.96,P=0.000);病灶有效清除率93.55%、症状缓解率96.77%及痰菌阴转率93.55%同样高于非冷冻处理组(70.97%、74.19%和70.97%),两组间差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.42,P=0.020;χ^(2)=6.37,P=0.012;χ^(2)=5.42,P=0.020)。结论经支气管镜下冷冻治疗TBTB有着重要作用,其能够直接针对病灶做有效处理,同时控制并保证足够的冷冻时间和次数,还能够对病灶内结核分枝杆菌起到一定的抑菌和杀菌作用。 展开更多

植物光合作用是吸收光能,把CO_(2)和水转化成富能有机物,同时释放氧气的过程.受此启发,利用太阳光将CO_(2)转化为碳氢燃料的人工碳中和技术引起了广泛关注.人工光合作用能否成功实施取决于光催化剂的设计制备.无机半导体已被广泛研究用... 植物光合作用是吸收光能,把CO_(2)和水转化成富能有机物,同时释放氧气的过程.受此启发,利用太阳光将CO_(2)转化为碳氢燃料的人工碳中和技术引起了广泛关注.人工光合作用能否成功实施取决于光催化剂的设计制备.无机半导体已被广泛研究用于CO_(2)光还原反应(CO_(2)PRR),但其存在金属氧化物的带隙较宽且难以调节、导致光吸收较差和金属硫化物的光腐蚀问题严重等明显的缺点.此外,高载流子复合率和低比表面积会影响光催化效率,从而限制光子利用.因此,基于有机聚合物的无金属催化剂因其突出的可设计调控性而被提出,其中,具有超高比表面积的材料—多孔芳香骨架(PAFs)聚合物是研究热点之一,但是传统PAFs材料多为二维平面结构,用于光催化的无金属三维PAFs报道较少.此外,具有孤对电子的杂原子(N,B,F)修饰的材料可以与CO_(2)分子产生特定的偶极-四极相互作用,提高材料对CO_(2)的吸附和活化能力,是提升有机聚合物光催化剂性能的有效策略.本文采用Sonogashira-Hagihara偶联将具有不同共轭程度的芳香炔烃(2,2’,7,7‘-四乙炔基-9,9’-螺二芴,SPF-T;四(4-乙炔基苯基)甲烷,TEPM-T;1,1,2,2-四(4-乙炔基苯基)乙烯,TEPE-T)与含有N杂原子的Tröger碱聚合制备了具有三维结构的多孔芳香骨架聚合物X-TB-PAFs(X=TEPE,TEPM,SPF).通过X-射线衍射、红外光谱、13C核磁共振(NMR)以及1H NMR等表征手段验证了目标聚合物的成功合成.通过紫外-可见光谱和Mott-Schottky曲线测试研究了聚合物具体的能带结构,发现三种PAFs聚合物材料在热力学上同时满足光催化CO_(2)-CO的还原反应条件(Eθ=-0.51 Vvs.NHE,pH=7)和光催化H2O-O_(2)的氧化条件(Eθ=0.82 V vs.NHE,pH=7).V形骨架结构的Tröger碱(TB)单元和芳炔的结合赋予了聚合物刚性稳定的孔隙率以及较高的比表面积,材料中的多孔结构可以使其暴露更多的活性位点,三维框架结构为反应物接近活性位点提供了丰富的开放式空腔,这些都有利于材料对CO_(2)的捕获,增强催化剂对CO_(2)的吸附/活化能力.此外,炔基充当连接通道还可以增强体系的载流子迁移率,提升材料的光催化性能.密度泛函理论计算和光电性能测试结果表明,TB官能团引入带来的分子内极化和电子陷阱位点的优势,其与三维共轭网络结构一起协同调节了光生载流子的分离和反应位点分布.三种三维PAFs中,基于全共轭结构TEPE-T的TEPE-TB-PAF表现出最高效的光生载流子传输与分离效率,在没有助催化剂和牺牲剂的情况下表现出较好的光催化CO产率(194.50μmolg^(-1)h^(-1))和近乎单一的选择性(99.74%).全共轭TEPE-T的引入和分子内极化的存在可以促进框架内载流子的分离和迁移.材料中的电偶极矩(从负电荷到正电荷)指向TB中含有叔氮官能团的桥接位点,使其成为明确的催化反应位点.光电流和阻抗测试结果表明,TEPE-TB-PAF具有更好的电子-空穴分离能力和更小的电荷迁移位阻.三维框架构建产生的多重散射截面可以促进材料中的光子吸收,从而提高其光催化性能.理论计算和原位漫反射傅立叶变换红外光谱结果表明,材料中CO解吸的低能垒和*CHO形成的高能垒是TEPE-TB-PAF高CO产率和选择性的根本机制.综上,本文为多功能高效有机聚合物光催化剂的合成提供了有效途径,并为同时改善光催化剂的转化率和选择性提供了借鉴. 展开更多

Sepsis is a common complication of combat injuries and trauma,and is defined as a life-threatening organ dysfunction caused by a dysregulated host response to infection.It is also one of the significant causes of death and increased health care costs in modern intensive care units.The use of antibiotics,fluid resuscitation,and organ support therapy have limited prognostic impact in patients with sepsis.Although its pathophysiology remains elusive,immunosuppression is now recognized as one of the major causes of septic death.Sepsis-induced immunosuppression is resulted from disruption of immune homeostasis.It is characterized by the release of antiinflammatory cytokines,abnormal death of immune effector cells,hyperproliferation of immune suppressor cells,and expression of immune checkpoints.By targeting immunosuppression,especially with immune checkpoint inhibitors,preclinical studies have demonstrated the reversal of immunocyte dysfunctions and established host resistance.Here,we comprehensively discuss recent findings on the mechanisms,regulation and biomarkers of sepsis-induced immunosuppression and highlight their implications for developing effective strategies to treat patients with septic shock. 展开更多

Pepper(Capsicum annuum L.)is frequently challenged by various pathogens,among which Phytophthora capsici is the most devastating to pepper production.Red light signal acts as a positive induction of plant resistance against multiple pathogens.However,little is known about how the red light signal affects pepper resistance to P.capsici infection(PCI).Here,we report that red light regulates salicylic acid(SA)accumulation by activating elongated hypocotyl5(CaHY5),a basic leucine zipper(bZIP)transcription factor,thereby decreasing pepper susceptibility to PCI.Exogenous SA treatment reduced pepper susceptibility to PCI,while silencing of CaPHYB(a red light photoreceptor)increased its susceptibility.PCI significantly induced CaHY5 expression,and silencing of CaHY5 reduced SA accumulation,accompanied by decreases in the expression levels of phenylalanine ammonia-lyase 3(CaPAL3),CaPAL7,pathogenesis-related 1(CaPR1),and CaPR1L,which finally resulted in higher susceptibility of pepper to PCI.Moreover,CaHY5 was found to activate the expression of CaPAL3 and CaPAL7,which are essential for SA biosynthesis,by directly binding to their promoters.Further analysis revealed that exogenous SA treatment could restore the resistance of CaHY5-silenced pepper plants to PCI.Collectively,this study reveals a critical mechanism through which red light induces SA accumulation by regulating CaHY5-mediated CaPAL3 and CaPAL7 expression,leading to enhanced resistance to PCI.Moreover,red light-induced CaHY5 regulates pepper resistance to PCI,which may have implications for PCI control in protected vegetable production. 展开更多

CO_(2)hydrogenation is an attractive way to store and utilize carbon dioxide generated by industrial processes,as well as to produce valuable chemicals from renewable and abundant resources.Iron catalysts are commonly used for the hydrogenation of carbon oxides to hydrocarbons.Iron-molybdenum catalysts have found numerous applications in catalysis,but have been never evaluated in the CO_(2)hydrogenation.In this work,the structural properties of iron-molybdenum catalysts without and with a promoting alkali metal(Li,Na,K,Rb,or Cs)were characterized using X-ray diffraction,hydrogen temperatureprogrammed reduction,CO_(2)temperature-programmed desorption,in-situ^(57)Fe Mossbauer spectroscopy and operando X-ray adsorption spectroscopy.Their catalytic performance was evaluated in the CO_(2)hydrogenation.During the reaction conditions,the catalysts undergo the formation of an iron(Ⅱ)molybdate structure,accompanied by a partial reduction of molybdenum and carbidization of iron.The rate of CO_(2)conversion and product selectivity strongly depend on the promoting alkali metals,and electronegativity was identified as an important factor affecting the catalytic performance.Higher CO_(2)conversion rates were observed with the promoters having higher electronegativity,while low electronegativity of alkali metals favors higher light olefin selectivity. 展开更多

The further development of catalytic elements has been plagued by activation and binary problems.The automatic shift model that has emerged in recent years helps components achieve full range.However,the detection data still remains unstable in the shift area(7%∼13%).This paper proposes a Catalytic Combustion and Thermal Conductivity(CCTC)model for the specified range,which can be explained fromtwo aspects based on the existing methods.On the one hand,it uses iterative location search to process heterogeneous data,judges the prediction position of data points,and then givesweight evaluation.On the other hand,it corrects the abnormal points,determines the abnormal points in the horizontal direction,and gives the replacement value through the data of adjacent points.The experimental results show that the CCTC model reduces the sum of variance from 17 of the automatic shift model to 13,and the comparison of experimental variance is reduced by 23%.In the full-scale real-time data,the experimental variance of CCTC model and automatic shift model is reduced by 18%.In conclusion,CCTC is a cross section stability framework for full-scale methane measurement,in which the specified heterogeneous combination and anomaly point correction methods improve the stability. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Thymolipoma is a rare benign tumor arising from the anterior mediastinal thymus and is composed of mature fatty tissue and interspersed nonneoplastic thymic tissue. This tumor accounts for only a small percentage of mediastinal masses, and the majority of them are asymptomatic and found incidentally. To date, fewer than 200 cases have been published in the world literature, of which most excised tumors weighed less than 0.5 kg and the largest weighed 6 kg.CASE SUMMARY A 23-year-old man presented with a complaint of progressive breathlessness for 6mo. His forced vital capacity was only 23.6% of the predicted capacity, and his arterial partial pressure of oxygen and carbon dioxide were 51 and 60 mmHg,respectively, without oxygen inhalation. Chest computed tomography revealed a large fat-containing mass in the anterior mediastinum that measured 26 cm × 20cm × 30 cm in size and occupied most of the thoracic cavity. Percutaneous mass biopsy revealed only thymic tissue without signs of malignancy. A right posterolateral thoracotomy was successfully performed to remove the tumor along with the capsule, and the excised tumor weighed 7.5 kg, which to our knowledge, was the largest surgically removed tumor of thymic origin. Postoperatively, the patient’s shortness of breath was resolved, and the histopathological diagnosis was thymolipoma. No signs of recurrence were observed at the 6-mo follow-up.CONCLUSION Giant thymolipoma causing respiratory failure is rare and dangerous. Despite the high risks, surgical resection is feasible and effective. 展开更多

When the Transformer proposed by Google in 2017,it was first used for machine translation tasks and achieved the state of the art at that time.Although the current neural machine translation model can generate high quality translation results,there are still mistranslations and omissions in the translation of key information of long sentences.On the other hand,the most important part in traditional translation tasks is the translation of key information.In the translation results,as long as the key information is translated accurately and completely,even if other parts of the results are translated incorrect,the final translation results’quality can still be guaranteed.In order to solve the problem of mistranslation and missed translation effectively,and improve the accuracy and completeness of long sentence translation in machine translation,this paper proposes a key information fused neural machine translation model based on Transformer.The model proposed in this paper extracts the keywords of the source language text separately as the input of the encoder.After the same encoding as the source language text,it is fused with the output of the source language text encoded by the encoder,then the key information is processed and input into the decoder.With incorporating keyword information from the source language sentence,the model’s performance in the task of translating long sentences is very reliable.In order to verify the effectiveness of the method of fusion of key information proposed in this paper,a series of experiments were carried out on the verification set.The experimental results show that the Bilingual Evaluation Understudy(BLEU)score of the model proposed in this paper on theWorkshop on Machine Translation(WMT)2017 test dataset is higher than the BLEU score of Transformer proposed by Google on the WMT2017 test dataset.The experimental results show the advantages of the model proposed in this paper. 展开更多

The current adversarial attacks against deep learning models have achieved incredible success in the white-box scenario.However,they often exhibit weak transferability in the black-box scenario,especially when attacking those with defense mechanisms.In this work,we propose a new transfer-based blackbox attack called the channel decomposition attack method(CDAM).It can attack multiple black-box models by enhancing the transferability of the adversarial examples.On the one hand,it tunes the gradient and stabilizes the update direction by decomposing the channels of the input example and calculating the aggregate gradient.On the other hand,it helps to escape from local optima by initializing the data point with random noise.Besides,it could combine with other transfer-based attacks flexibly.Extensive experiments on the standard ImageNet dataset show that our method could significantly improve the transferability of adversarial attacks.Compared with the state-of-the-art method,our approach improves the average success rate from 88.2%to 96.6%when attacking three adversarially trained black-box models,demonstrating the remaining shortcomings of existing deep learning models. 展开更多

What is already known about this topic?The inclusion of meningococcal vaccines in the National Immunization Program(NIP)over several years has significantly reduced the incidence of meningococcal meningitis in China to historic lows.Worldwide,there has been a diversification of meningococcal serogroups,leading to a shift in dominant serogroups in China from serogroup A to serogroups C and B,accompanied by a rise in reports of serogroups Y and W.What is added by this report?An outbreak of serogroup Y Neisseria meningitidis(Nm)in a secondary vocational school involved a single confirmed severe case and 24 individuals with laboratory-confirmed Nm carriage.Epidemiological investigation revealed that the outbreak was localized to the classroom of the confirmed case.Prolonged close contact within a confined space was identified as a significant risk factor for Nm transmission.The genotype sequence identified was type 1655(ST-1655),which is categorized under clonal complex 23(CC-23)and bears resemblance to 8 previously confirmed cases of serogroup Y meningococcal meningitis within Guangdong Province.This suggests that serogroup Y infections continue to sporadically emerge and have become prevalent strains.What are the implications for public health practice?This outbreak underscores the critical need to enhance surveillance of meningococcal serogroups and population carrier,and advocate for vaccination with MenY-containing vaccines. 展开更多
