In 1991, Yibin lead the country in exploring "reform of enterprise system", and gained fruitful experience in discovering concrete ways for small enterprises to reform. For example, in 1991 two thirds of the local enterprises were not in profit. Among this number there were ten which were showing a loss of over 1 million yuan. Yibin local government took appropriate measures to reorganize these enterprises in several ways, such as readjusting their assetliability structure and reducing the rate of liability through holding share by multiple share-holders, transfering them to sharerholding companies based on the liquidation and evaluation of their assets, and defining their rights and responsibilities. This has greatly liberalized and invigorated the enterprises, and paved the way for small enterprises in a keen,competitive market.展开更多

They soon sent a repoft to the Gongxian County government as well as Sichuan Department of Geology and Mineral Resources. Proceeding to the initial exploration was a larger scale and systematic excavation by the experts.These fossils are finally verified as the dinosaur fossils in the early Jurassic Period, more than 199 million years ago.They are named as "Shibei GongxianDinosaur".展开更多
