The crystal is of monoclinic,...The crystal structure of the title compound with good acetylcholinesterase inhi- bitory activity (C21H19NO8, Mr = 413.37) has been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal is of monoclinic, space group P21 with a = 10.257(3), b = 8.954(3), c = 11.541(4) ?, β = 109.772(6)o, V = 997.5(6) ?3, Dc = 1.376 g/cm3, μ = 0.107 mm–1, Z = 2, F(000) = 432, S = 1.041, the final R = 0.0356 and wR = 0.0884. In the molecular structure, the ring of N(1)–C(5)–C(6)–C(7)–C(8)–C(13) is of twisting-boat conformation, and the ring of N(1)–C(1)– C(2)–C(3)–C(4)–C(5) is nearly a plane.展开更多
