目的检索、评价和总结烧伤后创面瘙痒患者非药物干预的最佳证据。方法计算机检索UpToDate、BMJ Best Practice、澳大利亚乔安娜布里格斯研究所循证卫生保健中心数据库、英国国家卫生与临床优化研究所网站、加拿大安大略省注册护士协会...目的检索、评价和总结烧伤后创面瘙痒患者非药物干预的最佳证据。方法计算机检索UpToDate、BMJ Best Practice、澳大利亚乔安娜布里格斯研究所循证卫生保健中心数据库、英国国家卫生与临床优化研究所网站、加拿大安大略省注册护士协会网站、国际指南协作网、医脉通指南网、Cochrane Library、PubMed、中国知网、万方数据库、国际烧伤协会网站、欧洲烧伤协会网站、美国烧伤协会网站、国际伤口网站和中华医学会烧伤外科学分会网站中关于烧伤后创面瘙痒患者非药物干预的证据,包括临床决策、指南、证据总结、系统评价、专家共识。检索时限为建库至2022年12月1日。指南文献由4名研究人员进行评价,其他文献由2名研究人员进行评价,并根据主题对文献内容进行提取、汇总。结果共纳入10篇文献,包括临床决策4篇、指南3篇、证据总结3篇,总结出评估、保湿润肤、按摩、压力治疗、皮肤降温、其他措施及健康教育7个方面的22条最佳证据。结论该研究总结的烧伤后创面瘙痒患者非药物干预的最佳证据,为临床应用提供循证依据。医护人员可结合临床情境、伤口愈合情况及患者意愿,合理应用证据,制订干预方案,减轻患者的瘙痒症状,提升护理质量。展开更多
