Enterprises and public institutions not only seek talents with excellent theoretical knowledge and practical skills, but also emphasize that they must have a solid psychological quality. In the process of talent training in higher education, in addition to the cultivation of theoretical and practical skills, psychological elements should also be incorporated to enhance the psychological toughness of students. In view of this background, this paper first introduces the core concepts and theoretical systems of educational psychology, then discusses the existing problems in the current situation of Chinese college teaching management, further explains the application value of educational psychology in college teaching management, and puts forward specific strategies for applying educational psychology to improve college teaching management.展开更多
