The results show that all these wild vegetabl...The contents of crude protein and amino acids were determined in Gynura divaricata (L.) DC., G. bicolor DC., Orychophragmus violaceus (L.) Schulz and Portulaca oleracea L. The results show that all these wild vegetables contain more than 7 kinds of essential amino acids. The contents of crude protein and essential amino acids in G. bicolor are 25.22% and 9.09% respectively, which are the highest in all determined materials. The ratio of essential amino acids to total amino acids of P. oleracea is in proportion to the pattern of mode. O. violaceu has the greatest amount of delicious amino acids of 5.51%.展开更多
