Method: The study is composed of three phases: (1) A baseline survey was conducted from Aug. to Dec., 1991. (2) An intervention program, which included strengthening education and introducing new contraceptive methods, was implemented from Jan. to Feb., 1992. (3 ) From Feb. to March, 1994, the second survey was carried out. Results: Main results are very successful. The rate of induced abortion decreased after intervention. The rate of contraceptive discontinuation after intervention was lower than that before intervention. Conclusion: The intervention program was very effective.展开更多
