Later on, he moved to the financial circles before he took up politics in 1933, serving as a chief of local finance under the Kuomintang(KMT) Government. He went to Taiwan with the KMT government in 1949, leaving his private collection on the mainland. Yu Youren’s calligraphic works ispart of the collections.
