Although the use of relevant works in the process of webcast broadens the way of transmission, it also causes a lot of lawsuits related to copyright infringement of works, which also puts forward higher requirements for copyright protection from the legal level. This paper discusses the dilemma and countermeasures of copyright protection under webcast mode, analyzes the main problems of copyright infringement in webcast, and puts forward effective protection measures.展开更多
