浅析《同音乐工作者的谈话》对我国文化产业发展的影响

The chairman of modern China Mao Zedong has elaborated his view concerning culture and art in the Talk To Musicians，in which he proposed some questions on the current situation and specify the development directions of the music art and the social culture in the period of socialist construction from three relationships：the sino - Western relations，the ancient and modern relations and the elegant and vulgar relations which mean the relationship between the classical and the popular.With the integration of economic，social and cultural development in the contemporary era of knowledge economy，the cultural and creative industries in China are in the ascendant.In the process of deepening the cultural system reform，we learn careful about Mao Zedong's thoughts regarding culture and art，which play an important role in promoting the development of cultural industries with Chinese characteristics. This paper explores the influence of Mao Zedong's cultural and artistic thoughts on the development of cultural industry from the perspective of the cultural industry.

血清PSA浓度及病理分级在前列腺癌骨转移中的价值研究

研究前列腺癌骨转移与血清PSA水平及其病理分级关系，探讨骨转移发生的规律及特点。 方法 回顾性分析71例前列腺癌患者，在进行全身骨现象扫描前测定其血清PSA水平及标本进行病理分期。 结果 71位患者，骨转移37例（52.11%），骨未转移34例（47.89%），其中中分化癌与低分化癌组发生骨转移之间有明显差异，具有统计学意义（ P 〈0.05）；骨转移组PSA水平明显高于骨未转移组，且随着PSA水平升高，骨转移率也随之增高。 结论 前列腺癌骨转移与血清PSA水平及病理分级具有一定的相关性，低分化癌，PSA≥40 μg/mL时发生骨转移的可能性明显增高。
