Volatile components were extracted from fresh Canarium pimela Koening fruits by sonication with anhydrous ether,and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) with headspace solid phase micro-extraction(H...Volatile components were extracted from fresh Canarium pimela Koening fruits by sonication with anhydrous ether,and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) with headspace solid phase micro-extraction(HS-SPME).Thirty-seven components were identified with the identification rate of 99.1%.The content of terpene compounds,included 3-thujene(32.64%),α-phellandrene(30.78 %),limonene(18.77%),2-thujene(6.81%),etc,were more than 91.4% in the volatile composition.The fatty acids from fresh Canarium pimela Koening fruits were extracted by sonication with anhydrous ether.The extracted fatty acids were esterified and analyzed by GC-MS.Ten fatty acids including palmitic acid(57.4%),oleic acid(28.92%) and linoleic acid(11.38%),etc,were detected and identified.展开更多
