By the method of pathogen-containing tissue isolation andpathogenicity test, we obtained a pathogenic isolate bgrl. Based on morphological characteristics and sequence a^nalysis of rDNA-1TS and glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase （gpd） gene, the isolate was identified asStemphylium lycopersici.
