The speciation analysis of lead in Astragalus from different areas was studied.The aqueous solution Traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine was extracted based on traditional analytical flowchart program and separated int...The speciation analysis of lead in Astragalus from different areas was studied.The aqueous solution Traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine was extracted based on traditional analytical flowchart program and separated into dissoluble and suspension state by 0.45μm membrane filter,dissoluble state was divided into soluble inorganic and organic state,exchangeable and nonexchangeable state by XAD-16 adsorption resin and Chelex-100 chelating resin.All above metal species were determined by generation-inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(HG-ICP-AES).The results show that there are large quantitative differences of lead in from six different areas.dissoluble state was higher than suspension state excluding Astragalus from hei long jiang.organic state and exchangeable state were higher.展开更多
In this paper,the content of heavy metals in Isatis indigotica Fort and their roots of soil was detected by using AAS.Absorption and accumulation of heavy metals in radix istatidid and folium isatidis demonstrated a m...In this paper,the content of heavy metals in Isatis indigotica Fort and their roots of soil was detected by using AAS.Absorption and accumulation of heavy metals in radix istatidid and folium isatidis demonstrated a marked difference.Folium isatidishad an enrichment effect on the assimilation of Zn and Mn,Radix istatidid an enrichment effect on the assimilation of Zn.The speciation characteristics of heavy metals in soil are studied.For Fe and Mn,the main fraction is Fe/Mn Oxies bound,for Cu and Zn,the main fraction is organic bound,for Pb the main fraction is carbonate bound.The biological mobility exists in transfer of heavy metals from soil to Chinese Traditional herbs.展开更多
