A simple and rapid capillary electrophoresis(CE) method is firstly established for the separation and determination of rutin and quercetin in Gansu particle.After a series of experiments,10 mmol·L-1 borate buffer...A simple and rapid capillary electrophoresis(CE) method is firstly established for the separation and determination of rutin and quercetin in Gansu particle.After a series of experiments,10 mmol·L-1 borate buffer containing 5% acetonitrile at pH 9.4 is selected as the optimum,the separation voltage and temperature are 20 kV and 25℃ respectively.In the tested concentration range,good linear relationships between the peak area and the concentration of the analytes are revealed(correlation coefficients:Rutin 0.9996 and Quercetin 0.9995).Finally,the method is successfully applied to the analysis of the two compounds in Gansu Particle sample.展开更多
