迄今同位素质谱学对负离子的质谱研究很少。 锑的电子亲合能较高,有实现为热电离负离子的可能,但也并非十分容易.作者通过降低灯丝表面功函数及引入一定正离子到灯丝表面,在9mm×0.7mm×0.04mmRe敷涂灯丝上,在约4A灯丝电流下,... 迄今同位素质谱学对负离子的质谱研究很少。 锑的电子亲合能较高,有实现为热电离负离子的可能,但也并非十分容易.作者通过降低灯丝表面功函数及引入一定正离子到灯丝表面,在9mm×0.7mm×0.04mmRe敷涂灯丝上,在约4A灯丝电流下,得到分析化合物Sb_2O_3的Sbˉ,SbOˉ负离子质谱.测得天然同位素丰度比值Sb_(121/123)=1.338±0.007.由于负离子热电离选择性高,极少有杂质本底峰出现,谱图简明,这种优越性在高丰度测量中表现尤为明显。 展开更多
