针对增强型互补金属氧化物半导体(intensified complementary metal oxide semiconductor,ICMOS)相机中光纤光锥和CMOS传感器关键组合器件响应标校及其在实际应用中的降噪问题,采用K均值异常点剔除、最小二乘理想线性响应拟合、多项式...针对增强型互补金属氧化物半导体(intensified complementary metal oxide semiconductor,ICMOS)相机中光纤光锥和CMOS传感器关键组合器件响应标校及其在实际应用中的降噪问题,采用K均值异常点剔除、最小二乘理想线性响应拟合、多项式响应误差补偿拟合的成像系统响应标校方法,有效降低了系统固定模式噪声、单个像素响应非线性、整场像素响应非均匀性对ICMOS相机响应输出的影响。采用金字塔真实图像降噪网络(pyramid real image denoising network,PRIDNet)的成像系统图像降噪方法,进一步抑制了ICMOS相机应用过程随机噪声对相机成像效果的影响。研究结果表明:与传统方法中仅做固定模式噪声处理的标校方法相比,应用本文标校方法,像素平均线性度指标提高了约7%,整场响应均匀度指标提高为原来的2.2倍。与其他类型网络相比,采用PRIDNet降噪方法,其峰值信噪比在不同环境光输入条件下均提高了3%~5%。展开更多

Industrial cameras are used to capture optical an...A high-precision automatic state monitoring and abnormity alarm technique is proposed to solve the process improvement issues of fiber-optic coil winding and splicing. Industrial cameras are used to capture optical and hot images during the assembly of optical components of a fiber-optic gyroscope. A line and contour analysis technique is used to detect abnormal winding. By analyzing the intensity distribution of transmitted light, the graph cut model and multivariate Gaussian mixture model are used to detect and segment the splicing defects. The practical applications indicate the correctness and accuracy of our vision-based technique.展开更多

文摘针对常规兵器靶场试验、部队训练及演习过程中非爆弹定位困难的问题,介绍了一种采用低成本声学传感器的终点弹道未爆弹探测技术。根据弹着区范围,布置若干声学传感器,保证其测量范围覆盖整个弹着区。对于每一个声学传感器采集到的气动噪声及落地声信号,执行以下计算步骤:采用快速傅里叶变换与拉普拉斯小波分析技术进行声学信号的降噪与增强;采用短时能量、短时幅度以及短时过零率进行气动噪声与落地声端点检测;采用小波包分析技术提取降噪增强后声学信号的特征;采用基于最小距离的阈值准则进行终点弹道气动噪声及落地声的识别。靶场试验未爆弹落点粗定位结果显示,文中所提技术可用于未爆弹落地点定位,定位精度可达10 m.
