研究了碳化钨(WC)与炭黑(C)分别作为导电粒子制备而成的两种过电流保护元件;对保护元件的体积、正温度系数(positive temperature coefficient,PTC)效应、电阻—温度(resistance-temperature,R-T)特性、耐电压等级、动作可靠性和环境可...研究了碳化钨(WC)与炭黑(C)分别作为导电粒子制备而成的两种过电流保护元件;对保护元件的体积、正温度系数(positive temperature coefficient,PTC)效应、电阻—温度(resistance-temperature,R-T)特性、耐电压等级、动作可靠性和环境可靠性等进行对比分析。结果表明,与聚偏氟乙烯/炭黑(PVDF/C)复合体系保护元件相比,聚偏氟乙烯/碳化钨(PVDF/WC)复合体系保护元件具有体积小、R-T转折温度高和R-T强度高的特点。当辐照剂量超过160 kGy时,可以消除负温度系数(negative temperature coefficient,NTC)效应现象,并将耐压等级提升至30 V以上。但是相较于PVDF/C复合体系保护元件,PVDF/WC复合体系保护元件在环境可靠性以及动作可靠性上还存在一定的差距,探究了产生上述差距的内在机制。展开更多
