The structures were elucidated on the basis of chemical evidence and spectral data. RESULTS: Seven compounds were isolated from the EtOAc extracts of the rhizome of Iris tectorum Maxim.,which were apocynin (Ⅰ),rhamnocitrin (Ⅱ),tectorigenin (Ⅲ),iristectorigenin A (Ⅳ),β-sitosterol(Ⅴ),dihydrokaempferide (Ⅵ) ,irigenin(Ⅶ);seven compounds were isolated from the n-BuOH extracts,which were tectoridin (Ⅷ),androsin (Ⅸ),n-Butyl-β-D-fructopyranoside (Ⅹ),iristectorin B (Ⅺ),iridin (Ⅻ),tectorigenin-7-O-β-glucosyl-4′-O-β-glucoside (),daucosterol (■). CONCLUSION: Compound Ⅱ,Ⅵ,Ⅹ were isolated from Iris for the first time.展开更多
目的分析2000至2022年国内外中药学与药学本科教育的研究热点和趋势。方法在中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普中文科技期刊数据库、中华医学期刊全文数据库、Web of Science核心合集中,检索2000年1月1日至2022年12月31日发表的国...目的分析2000至2022年国内外中药学与药学本科教育的研究热点和趋势。方法在中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普中文科技期刊数据库、中华医学期刊全文数据库、Web of Science核心合集中,检索2000年1月1日至2022年12月31日发表的国内外中药学与药学本科专业教育改革论文,使用CiteSpace软件进行可视化分析。结果中药学与药学本科教育发文数量总体呈上升趋势。累计频次排在前5位的中英文高频关键词依次是:人才培养、教学改革、实践教学、培养模式、创新能力;pharmacy student,interprofessional education,performance,attitude,medical student。延续至2022年的研究热点分别为课程思政与interprofessional education,medical student,performance。结论国外药学本科教育研究关注服务型人才培养,以及本专业与其他应用基础学科的深度融合。我国中药学本科教育研究集中于人才培养、教学改革、实践教学等方面。中药学专业本科教育可借鉴国外药学教育研究经验,重视临床中药服务型人才培养,增加学生的跨专业体验,及时更新教学内容,为增强学生的专业技能和未来发展潜力提供可能。展开更多
