This year alone, the farming revenue was decreased about 570 million Yuan, nearly 24 Yuan for per farmer. At the same time, farmers in Liaoning increased 2700 million Yuan, about 123 Yuan per farmer. What is more, subvention of 625 million Yuan from the province was expiated directly to farmers who plant crops. At the Liaoning Provincial Countryside Working Meeting, Li Keqiang, secretary of Liaoning Party Committee, said that the province paid special attention to farmers and countryside. Stability is so important that the government should benefit all the farmers in order to let them live a happy life. Governor Zhang Wenyue said that without the flourishing development in the countryside, we should not realize the thorough rejuvenation of the old industrial base in Liaoning. To cancel the farming revenue and benefit the farmers is to enrich all the farmers, optimize the farming structure, stabilize the corn production, expand high-effect industry and quicken up the development of agriculture and rural industry.
