采用固相反应法制备不同质量百分含量Ho_(2)O_(3)掺杂的0.97Ba(Zr_(0.1)Ti_(0.9))O_(3)-0.03Ba(Zn_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))O_(3)(x=0,1,2,3,4)介电陶瓷体系,借助XRD,SEM及介电测试系统,探讨了陶瓷的微观形貌、低频介电性能尤其是弛豫行为随Ho_(2... 采用固相反应法制备不同质量百分含量Ho_(2)O_(3)掺杂的0.97Ba(Zr_(0.1)Ti_(0.9))O_(3)-0.03Ba(Zn_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))O_(3)(x=0,1,2,3,4)介电陶瓷体系,借助XRD,SEM及介电测试系统,探讨了陶瓷的微观形貌、低频介电性能尤其是弛豫行为随Ho_(2)O_(3)含量的变化趋势.结果表明:所有制得陶瓷均为单相钙钛矿结构,随Ho_(2)O_(3)含量增大,所有陶瓷体系晶格常数减小,平均晶粒尺寸增大,居里温度减小,弥散相变及频率色散强度先增大后减小.此外,适量Ho_(2)O_(3)掺杂可提升陶瓷的室温介电性能及介电温度稳定性,为其作为瓷介应用于Y5V型多层陶瓷电容器提供了可能. 展开更多

采用传统固相法制备了Ca1-xBaxCu3Ti4O12(x=0,0.005,0.010,0.020,0.030,0.040,0.050,0.100,摩尔分数)陶瓷。用X线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、介电温谱测试系统及阻抗测试仪研究了Ba^2+掺杂量的变化对Ca1-xBaxCu3Ti4O12陶瓷的相结构、微观... 采用传统固相法制备了Ca1-xBaxCu3Ti4O12(x=0,0.005,0.010,0.020,0.030,0.040,0.050,0.100,摩尔分数)陶瓷。用X线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、介电温谱测试系统及阻抗测试仪研究了Ba^2+掺杂量的变化对Ca1-xBaxCu3Ti4O12陶瓷的相结构、微观形貌及电性能影响。研究结果表明,随着Ba^2+掺杂量的增加,陶瓷试样产生了第二相CuO,同时Ba^2+掺杂使CaCu3Ti4O12的晶格常数增大。Ca1-xBaxCu3Ti4O12陶瓷的晶粒尺寸随Ba^2+掺杂量的增加而减小,气孔率随之降低。掺杂适量的Ba^2+可有效降低CaCu3Ti4O12陶瓷的介电损耗,也可降低相对介电常数随温度的变化率。一定量的Ba^2+掺杂还能增加CaCu3Ti4O12的晶界电阻。 展开更多

The microstructure,dielectric and ferroelectric properties of(1-y)Ba(Zr0.1Ti0.9)O3-yBa(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3(y=0-0.05)ceramics prepared by traditional solid state method were investigated by X-ray diffractometer,scanning electron microscope,electric parameter testing system and ferroelectric tester.It is found that the barium zirconate titanate based ceramics are single-phase perovskites as y increases up to 0.05 and their average grain size decreases with the increase of y.The permittivity maximumεr,max is suppressed from 8948 to 1611 at 1 kHz with increasing y,and the ferroelectric-paraelectric phase transition temperature Tm decreases from 93 to-89℃at 1 kHz as y increases.The composition-induced diffuse phase transition is enhanced with increasingy.The relaxor-like ferroelectric behavior with a strong frequency dispersion of Tm and permittivity at T<Tm accompanied by a strong diffuse phase transition is found for the system with high y value.The remnant polarization decreases with increasing y,while the coercive field decreases remarkably and then increases with the increase of y. 展开更多
