Its chemical constituents were studied by chromatographing on silica gel and HPLC. A new triterpenoid saponin, raddeanoside 18, along with two known triterpenoid saponins, Hederacholichiside F and Leontoside D, was isolated from the ethanolic extrant of the rhizoma of Anemone raddeana Regel. Their structures were elucidated as 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→4)[β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→2)]-α-L-arabinopyranosyl oleanolic acid 28-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→4)-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(1), 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→4)[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→2)-]-α-L-arabinopyranosyl oleanolic acid 28-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→4)-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(2), 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→4)-α-L-arabinopyranosyl oleanolic acid 28-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→4)-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(3) by 1D and 2D NMR ESI-MS and IR spectrometries, respectively.展开更多
