In this paper,CuO nano-spheres were successfully synthesized by immersing-annealing technique with the reproducible,low-cost,porous sawdust and copper compound as raw materials.The obtained samples were characterized ...In this paper,CuO nano-spheres were successfully synthesized by immersing-annealing technique with the reproducible,low-cost,porous sawdust and copper compound as raw materials.The obtained samples were characterized using X-ray diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and high resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM).The results indicated that the as-synthesized sample was CuO with monoclinic phase,the sample exhibited a spherical structure with average diameter of ca.12nm.In addition,the sample dispersed well and there was no obvious hard aggromeration.展开更多
