微机技术在浸出生产工艺中的应用

0 引言 目前,全国多数油脂加工企业已采用了连续式浸出生产工艺,在管理和微机技术方面具有一定的基础,为微机的应用创造了一定的条件。为了使现行的计量检测手段和手动控制方法与先进的生产工艺配套,解决反馈生产技术指标和工艺参数不及时、不准确,不能有效地指挥和调度生产的现象,甚至极容易发生液泛事故的问题。为此,我们研制成功了“浸出生产工艺微机监控系统”。经过二年的运行,比较安全、稳定和可靠,在生产中发挥了作用。
