根据国内外调查研究显示,现阶段初中生承受着很重的学业压力,为了解现阶段初中生学业压力的现状并根据现状提出有针对性的应对策略来缓解学业压力,本研究采用《中学生学业压力问卷》对初中生的学业压力情况进行测量,并对收集的数据进行...根据国内外调查研究显示,现阶段初中生承受着很重的学业压力,为了解现阶段初中生学业压力的现状并根据现状提出有针对性的应对策略来缓解学业压力,本研究采用《中学生学业压力问卷》对初中生的学业压力情况进行测量,并对收集的数据进行独立样本t检验分析,得出以下结果:(1) 初中生学业压力总体处在中等偏上水平,压力源主要集中在成绩目标压力和竞争压力两个方面。(2) 初中生学业压力存在显著的年级差异,初二学生学业压力显著高于初一学生。(3) 初中生学业压力在性别方面不存在显著差异。(4) 初中生学业压力在地区方面不存在显著差异。根据以上研究结果,笔者在学校、家庭与个人三个方面对初中生学业压力现状提出针对性的应对策略。According to domestic and foreign surveys, junior high school students are under heavy academic pressure at the present stage. In order to understand the current situation of junior high school students’ academic pressure and propose targeted coping strategies to alleviate the academic pressure according to the current situation, this study adopts the “Academic Pressure Questionnaire of Middle School Students” to measure the academic pressure of junior high school students. The results are as follows: (1) The academic pressure of junior high school students is generally at a relatively high level, and the pressure sources mainly focus on two aspects: achievement target pressure and competitive pressure. (2) There are significant grade differences in the academic pressure of junior high school students, and the academic pressure of junior high school students is significantly higher than that of junior high school students. (3) There is no significant gender difference in junior high school students’ academic pressure. (4) There is no significant regional difference in the academic pressure of middle school students. According to the above research results, the author puts forward targeted coping strategies for junior high school students’ academic pressure from three aspects: school, family and individual.展开更多
