“工兵之王”王耀南

王耀南（1911～1984），出生于江西萍乡一个手工业鞭炮世家。1922年参加安源路矿工人大罢工，1927年参加毛泽东领导的湘赣边界秋收起义，任工农革命军第一军第一师第二团爆破队副队长。此后，他一直战斗在我军工兵战线，是我军工兵事业的开创者之一。新中国成立后，他曾任解放军工程兵副司令员等职。1955年被授予少将军衔。获得二级八一勋章、一级独立自由勋章、一级解放勋章。
