测定刚体材料的应变不仅在工程技术上而且在科学研究的许多领域都具有非常重要的地位.现有技术的刚体材料应变实验仪结构复杂使用不方便,并且不能消除由于温度的变化带来的测量误差.本作品提供一种结构简单、使用方便测量刚体材料应变... 测定刚体材料的应变不仅在工程技术上而且在科学研究的许多领域都具有非常重要的地位.现有技术的刚体材料应变实验仪结构复杂使用不方便,并且不能消除由于温度的变化带来的测量误差.本作品提供一种结构简单、使用方便测量刚体材料应变的组合实验仪,利用直流单臂电桥的平衡条件和电阻应变效应原理来测量刚体材料的微小应变,通过设置温度补偿片减小了温度变化所引起的测量误差.该实验仪作为学生的选修实验或综合性实验可在高校大学物理实验室推广应用. 展开更多

Organic/inorganic hybrid van der Waals heterostructure with an atomically abrupt interface has attracted great research interests within the field of multifunctional electronic and optoelectronic devices.The integration of organic rubrene films with inorganic Si semiconductors can avoid the atomic mutual-diffusion at the interface,and provide the possibility of forming two-dimensional van der Waals heterojunction accompanied with the type-II energy band alignment,due to the transfer behaviors of majority carriers at the interface.In this study,the high-quality rubrene/Si van der Waals heterostructure with an electronically abrupt junction was prepared,and a self-powered photodetector was then constructed based on this hybrid heterojunction.The photodetector demonstrated an excellent switching response to the 1064 nm monochromatic light with large on/off current ratio of 7.0×10^(3),the maximum photocurrent of 14.62 m A,the maximum responsivity of 2.07 A/W,the maximum detectivity of 2.9×10^(11)Jones,and a fast response time of 13.0μs.This study offers important guidance for preparing high-quality rubrene/Si hybrid van der Waals heterostructure with desirable band alignment,and the designed heterojunction photodetector has an important application prospect in the field of multifunctional optoelectronics. 展开更多

Perpendicular magnetic anisotropy of Pd/Co_(2)MnSi/NiFe_(2)O_(4)/Pd multilayers on F-mica substrates

Pd/Co_(2)MnSi(CMS)/NiFe_(2)O_(4)(NFO)/Pd multilayers were fabricated on F-mica substrate by magnetron sputtering.The best PMA performance of the multilayer structure Pd(3 nm)/CMS(5 nm)/NFO(0.8 nm)/Pd(3 nm)was obtained by adjusting the thickness of the CMS and NFO layers.F-mica substrate has a flatter surface than glass and Si/SiO_(2) substrate.The magnetic anisotropy energy density(K_(eff))of the sample deposited on F-mica substrates is 0.6711 Merg/cm^(3)(1 erg=10^(-7) J),which is about 30%higher than that of the multilayer films deposited on glass(0.475 Merg/cm^(3))and Si/SiO_(2)(0.511 Merg/cm^(3))substrates,and the R_(Hall) and H_(C) are also significantly increased.In this study,the NFO layer prepared by sputtering in the high purity Ar environment was exposed to the high purity O_(2) atmosphere for 5 min,which can effectively eliminate the oxygen loss and oxygen vacancy in NFO,ensuring enough Co-O orbital hybridization at the interface of CMS/NFO,and thus effectively improve the sample PMA. 展开更多
