一种新型毛细管电泳-电感耦合等离子体光谱法接口装置

A new interface for coupling capillary electrophoresis(CE) to inductively coupled plasma spectrometry(ICP-AES) was developed. The interface was independent .of the nebu-lizer, and can be easily connected with micro concentric nebulizer (MCN) and conventional pneumatic concentric nebulizer (CPCN). By CE-CPCN-ICP-AES and CE-MCN-ICP-AES,efficient separation of Cr3+ and Cr2O was obtained, and the sensitivity is satisfactory.

土壤、植物、水样中大量、微量和超微量元素仪器分析法的研究进展

本文对用ICP分析法分析土壤、植物及水中大量、微量和超微量元素进行了探索。结果表明,双聚束质量分析装置对土样中近70个元素、水样中50多个元索具有高分辨率:同时还阐述了增加植物样元素测定种类的几个新方法。
