目的:一氧化氮(Nitric Oxide, NO)作为重要生物分子,密切参与高原低压缺氧环境中高原疾病的保护与损伤,分析NO与高原疾病的研究现状、热点及发展趋势,了解NO与高原疾病的关系及防治进展。方法:检索科学引文数据库(web of science, WOS)...目的:一氧化氮(Nitric Oxide, NO)作为重要生物分子,密切参与高原低压缺氧环境中高原疾病的保护与损伤,分析NO与高原疾病的研究现状、热点及发展趋势,了解NO与高原疾病的关系及防治进展。方法:检索科学引文数据库(web of science, WOS)及中国知网、万方收录的自相关文章发表至2024年的NO与高原病相关研究文献。采用CiteSpace、Microsoft Excel软件、NoteExpress文献检索功能等对文献发文量、文献类型、发表期刊、作者、研究机构及关键词等进行可视化分析。结果:共纳入中文文献471篇,英文文献500篇。中文文献呈现先上升后下降的趋势,英文发文量呈波浪式上升趋势。其中发表文献最多的机构分别是中国人民解放军第18医院(38篇)、加州大学研究团队(18篇)。国内相关文献绝大多数为普刊,国外多为影响因子较高的Q1、Q2区文章,其发文期刊最多的分别是《高原医学杂志》(87篇)、《PHYSIOLOGY-LONDON》(37篇)。国内外作者张西州(40篇)及Ainslie,Philip N发文量最多(16篇)。Wong, Brett J、张鑫生等人的相关文章半衰期最长。2013年Bärtsch P团队发表的《Acute High-Altitude Illnesses》被引次数最高(11次)。抛去研究主题词NO及高原,中英文文献关键词词频最多的分别为内皮素、blood flow。关键词突现提示国内外对NO在高原疾病研究中由急慢性高原病特点、临床指标变化、初步治疗方式等到越来越多的基因表达、分子代谢、习服、适应机制、病理生理逐渐被阐明,未来研究趋势仍是基因代谢及分子生物途径。结论:目前NO与高原疾病病理生理、基本机制基本阐明,已进入稳定发展阶段,并逐步向基因、代谢及分子生物途径、由动物试验向临床试验、临床应用等方面推进,在今后的发展中仍需不断完善我国高原转化医学发展方向、功能定位和认识推广。Objective: Nitric Oxide (NO) is an important biological molecule, closely involved in the protection of the plateau low-pressure hypoxia environment plateau diseases and injuries, NO and plateau disease study present situation, hotspots and developing trends, learn the relationship between NO and plateau diseases and prevention and control of progress. Methods: The research articles on NO and mountain sickness published up to 2024 were retrieved from web of science (WOS), China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) and Wanfang Database. CiteSpace, Microsoft Excel software and Note Express literature retrieval function were used to visually analyze the amount of literature, literature type, published journals, authors, research institutions and keywords. Results: A total of 471 in Chinese literature, 500 articles in English literature. Chinese literature presents the downward trend after rising first, English identificated outer-plane rising trend. The published literature most institutions are the Chinese people’s liberation army (PLA) 18 hospitals (38), university of California research team (18). The vast majority of domestic relevant documents for general publication, abroad for high impact factor of Q1 and Q2 area, its most periodicals are the plateau medical journal (87), the journal of PHYSIOLOGY-LONDON (37). At home and abroad the author Zhang Xizhou (40) and Ainslie, Philip N number up to (16). Wong, Brett J, and Zhang Xinsheng et al.’s related articles had the longest half-life. Published 2013 Bartsch P team in the Acute High-Altitude Illnesses highest cited number (11). Despite the research subject words NO and plateau, the most frequent keywords in Chinese and English literatures were endothelin and blood flow, respectively. Keywords dash forward show hint of NO in the plateau diseases research at home and abroad by the acute or chronic plateau disease characteristics and clinical indicators, preliminary treatment until more and more gene expression, molecular metabolism, acclimatization and adaptation mechanism, pathological physiology have been elucidated gradually, the future research trend is still the metabolism of genetic and molecular biological approaches. Conclusions: Currently, NO and plateau disease pathology, physiology, basic mechanism to clarify, has entered a stage of stable development, and gradually to the genetic, metabolic and molecular biological approaches, from animal experiments to clinical trials and clinical application of propulsion, still need to constantly improve our country in the future development of translational medicine development direction, function orientation and promotion.展开更多
