目的探讨妥布霉素地塞米松眼膏联合玻璃酸钠治疗睑板腺功能障碍性干眼症的临床效果。方法选取2016年6月至2016年10月北京市密云区医院收治的121名睑板腺功能障碍性干眼症患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=60)和观察组(n=61)。对照组...目的探讨妥布霉素地塞米松眼膏联合玻璃酸钠治疗睑板腺功能障碍性干眼症的临床效果。方法选取2016年6月至2016年10月北京市密云区医院收治的121名睑板腺功能障碍性干眼症患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=60)和观察组(n=61)。对照组患者常规处理后予以玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上加用妥布霉素地塞米松眼膏治疗。对两组患者治疗前、治疗2个月内的泪膜破裂时间(break up time,BUT)及泪液分泌试验(Schimer test,ST)结果进行比较,对治疗2个月后的睑板腺性状进行评分。随访观察1年,采用生活质量评价量表(short form 36 questionnaire,SF-36)评价两组患者的生活质量改善情况,并比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果两组患者治疗后BUT均延长,ST分泌量均增加,与治疗前比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),且观察组改善效果更为明显(P<0.05)。观察组患者总有效率为96.7%,明显高于对照组的86.7%,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组和对照组的睑板腺分泌物评分分别为(0.57±0.18)分与(1.18±0.31)分,均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组较对照组降低更为明显(P<0.05)。随访发现观察组的复发比例(4.9%)明显低于对照组(23.3%),差异有显著性(P<0.05)。SF-36量表评价显示,观察组生理功能、心理功能、社会功能和总体生活质量评分均明显优于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论妥布霉素地塞米松眼膏联合玻璃酸钠治疗睑板腺功能障碍性干眼症可有效改善病情、降低复发率,值得临床推广。展开更多

Through basepairing, sRNA can regulate the target m RNA in a catalytic or stoichiometric manner. Some theoretical models were built for comparison of the protein-mediated and sRNA-mediated modes in the steady-state behaviors and noise properties. Many experiments demonstrated that a single sRNA can regulate several m RNAs, which causes crosstalk between the targets.Here, we focus on some models in which two target mRNAs are silenced by the same sRNA to discuss their crosstalk features. Additionally, the sequence-function relationship of sRNA and its role in the kinetic process of base-pairing have been highlighted in model building.展开更多
