Finite-range distorted-wave Born approximation calculations suggest that these ^7 Li particles are formed in a direct single-proton pickup reaction ^9Be(^6He,^7 Li)^8Li. The experimental data can be well reproduced by taking into account of the contributions of both the ground states and the first excited states of ^7Li and ^8Li.展开更多

We evaluate these two potential sets by comparing the elastic scattering data of 25 MeV 3He on 160, 180, 19F, 23Na, 24Mg, 25Mg, 26Mg, 27A1, 28Si, 30Si, 31p, 32S, 34S, 35Cl, 3761, and 39K isotopes. Using the deuteron angular distributions calculated with the distorted wave Born approximation model, we extract the ground-state proton spectroscopic factors from (3He, d) reactions on the same set of nuclei. The extracted proton spectroscopic factors are compared with the large-basis shell-model calculations.展开更多

The angular dispersion plots of ln(dσ/dθ) versus θ^2 are obtained from the angular distribution of the elastic scattering differential cross sections. Systematical analysis on the angular dispersion for the available experimental data indicates that there is an angular dispersion turning angle at forward angular range within the grazing angle. This turning angle can be clarified as nucleal rainbow in classical deflection function. The exotic behaviour of the nuclear rainbow angle offers a new probe to investigate the halo and skin phenomena.展开更多

Three low-lying states, namely the 0+ground state, the 2^+ state at Ex = 3.37 MeV, and the multiplet at around 6 MeV in10 Be, are populated by this one-neutron transfer reaction. These three states in10 Be are clearly discriminated from the -value spectrum, which is rebuilt from energies and angles of the recoil deuterons in coincidence with10 Be. A spectroscopic factor for each state is extracted by comparing the experimental differential cross sections to the theoretical calculation results using the finite range adiabatic distorted wave approximation method with different global nucleon-nucleus potentials. It is found that the newly extracted spectroscopic factors for the 0+and 2+states are consistent with the previous ones, but the factor for the multiplet is smaller than the value in the reference, and the possible reason is discussed.展开更多

The astrophysical S-factors of this reaction have been determined based on an evaluation of the a spectroscopic factor of the 1/2+ subthreshold state in 17^O (Ex = 6.356 MeV) by using the 13^C(11^B, 7^Li)17^O a transfer reaction. Our result confirms that the 1/2+ subthreshold resonance is dominant for the 13^C(a, n)16^O reaction at low energies of astrophysical interest.展开更多
