First of all, after clarifying the definition of new quality productivity of foreign trade and cross-border e-commerce, this paper deeply analyzes the development process and development status of cross-border e-commerce. Then, this paper analyzes the opportunities and difficulties faced by the current cross-border e-commerce, and discusses the possible development path under the background of the open policy. Finally, in order to realize cross-border e-commerce to become the representative of the new quality productivity of foreign trade, we put forward strategic suggestions, in order to provide valuable reference for relevant policy formulation and practice. 展开更多
