In recent years, the role of TLRs in nervous system-related diseases has received extensive attention. A large number of studies have shown that TLRs mediated neuroinflammatory response plays an important role in cerebrovascular diseases, neurodegenerative diseases and central demyelinating diseases. Therefore, this article reviews the research progress in several typical nervous system diseases in order to provide reference for the research in related fields.展开更多
