The experimental results indicated that the different inert gases greatly affect both the productivity and the composition of Fullerenes and for the same gas the different pressures also affect the productivity. It was also found that no Fullerenes can be obtained without a working gas. It indicates that the gas of a difinite pressure may be necessary to the formation of Fullerenes. A new possible mechanism of the Fullerenes formation was suggested.展开更多
目的研究阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗对急性脑梗死患者神经功能、凝血功能及炎症应激反应指标的影响。方法回顾性分析莘县第二人民医院神经内科2016年2月至2017年3月收治的104例急性脑梗死患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法将其分为观察组与对照组...目的研究阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗对急性脑梗死患者神经功能、凝血功能及炎症应激反应指标的影响。方法回顾性分析莘县第二人民医院神经内科2016年2月至2017年3月收治的104例急性脑梗死患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法将其分为观察组与对照组,每组52例。观察组采取阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗,对照组则常规治疗,两组均用药两周,比较两组患者治疗前后的神经功能、凝血功能及炎症反应指标的水平。结果治疗前、治疗后溶栓1 d,两组患者的神经功能评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗7 d后,观察组患者的神经功能评分为(7.34±5.98)分,明显低于对照组的(10.57±6.05)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组和对照组患者的凝血时间中活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)[(33.48±4.51) s vs (38.05±5.74) s]、凝血酶时间(TT)[(10.05±1.16) s vs (13.98±1.88) s]、凝血酶原时间(PT)[(13.87±2.01) s vs (10.04±1.12) s]、凝血因子(VWF)[(0.99±0.10) KU/L vs (1.88±0.32) KU/L]、凝血因子VII(FVIII)[(1.15±0.10) U/L vs (2.02±0.28) U/L]比较,观察组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组和观察组患者的肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)[(19.83±2.51) pg/mL vs (13.32±1.75) pg/mL]、白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)[(58.86±7.91) pg/mL vs (31.44±4.54) pg/mL]水平比较,对照组均高于观察组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗急性脑梗死患者,不仅可以改善患者的神经功能,而且还能降低炎症指标水平,改善机体的炎性反应,有助于提高临床治疗效果。展开更多
