And all the countries should equally consult and respect with each other under the condition of cooperation. As to those who act an important role on the development of globalization, what the US seeks for is to turn globalization into “Americanization”, that is to realize the economic “freedom” and political “democracy”——meaning the American value and the popularization of American system in the world. What the US emphasizes is to make full use of the perfect condition and environment provided by globalization, and further enhace to realize such an aim. First, maintain the economic advantage, and make use of the advantage to insert globalization into the American interests. Second, make efforts to form a big union of the democratic countries in the world, bring human rights and democracy into their agenda, and make use of globalization to isolate and discriminate “those countries that resist democracy”. Third, it ensures the US to lead global “peace and stability” that dimocratic method and military method complement each other.
