目的:研究淫羊藿总黄酮(total flavone of herba epimediumon,TFE)对缺氧模型小鼠抗缺氧的药理作用。方法:利用实验室常压密闭缺氧装置,建立小鼠缺氧模型,并对TFE不同给药剂量进行对比,通过测定小鼠的存活时间、外周血象、大脑和肺脏含...目的:研究淫羊藿总黄酮(total flavone of herba epimediumon,TFE)对缺氧模型小鼠抗缺氧的药理作用。方法:利用实验室常压密闭缺氧装置,建立小鼠缺氧模型,并对TFE不同给药剂量进行对比,通过测定小鼠的存活时间、外周血象、大脑和肺脏含水率等指标,观察TFE的抗缺氧作用。结果:与模型组比较,TFE可显著延长小鼠在常压密闭缺氧条件下的存活时间,显著提高缺氧小鼠血液中的白细胞和红细胞的数量,减轻脑水肿及肺水肿的程度。TFE给药剂量为900 mg/(kg.d)时,抗急性缺氧的作用最强。结论:TFE对缺氧模型小鼠具有显著的抗缺氧作用。展开更多

Result...Objevtive: The study of anti-diabetic effect and related mechanism of Rehmannia glutinosa oligosaccharides(ROS) under the guide of the theory of neuroendocrine-immuno modulation(NIM) was reviewed in this paper. Results: ROS showed the preventive effect of the glucose- or adrenaline- induced hyperglycemia and the hypoglycemic effect in alloxan-induced diabetic rats. ROS also improved the impaired glucose metabolism in thymectomized and aged rats. Conclusion: ROS is a new component with hypoglycemic effect from Rehmannia glutinosa.展开更多
