To get things done, people are key. In the context of the development of new quality productivity, it is urgently necessary to cultivate a digitalized elite team that “speaks with data, makes decisions with data, manages with data, and innovates with data”. Currently, the digital literacy level of the cadre team in various places is not high, the degree of attention to digitalization construction is insufficient, and the path of digitalization cadre training is unclear. This study adopts the conceptual model of action learning to further improve the level of integration between digital technology and business from the perspectives of preliminary understanding of the needs of cadres and digitalization construction talents, mobilization and deployment of digitalization training and learning, and evaluation of the effects of digitalization training and learning. In this way, the level of digital technology and business integration will be further improved, and the cadres’ adaptability to the digital economy era will be enhanced.展开更多
