It is very important to promote party building and ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era. However, the reform process of the “one-stop” student community comprehensive management mode is slow because of the practical difficulties in the management mode and educational thinking in higher vocational colleges. Taking the Inner Mongolia Technical College of Construction as an example, this paper studies the one-stop mode of student community comprehensive management in higher vocational colleges, and provides experiences and cases for other higher vocational colleges to use for reference. It also provides new ideas and methods for the management of students in higher vocational colleges, and improves the quality of education and brand image of higher vocational colleges.展开更多
