Its linkage was elucidated by selective hydrolysis and GC-MS analysis of its derivatives, as well as its ^1H and ^13C NMR spectra. This polysaccharide was composed of arabinose, galactose, glucose and fructose with a molar ratio of 1 : 1 : 4 : 9, and it had a highly branched structure with a fructofuranosyl backbone. The sequence of the repeating unit of X-C-3- Ⅱ was deduced. To our best knowledge, this is the first report of the fructose residue in polysaccharides from the rootsof Angelica sinensis (Oliv) Diels.展开更多
