Consequently, it is imperative to implement strategic measures that promote the high-quality evolution of the basic education system. Enhancing educational monitoring stands out as one of these critical strategies, while refining the operational framework for school quality evaluation is particularly vital. Therefore, this study aims to investigate an operational system for school quality evaluation grounded in the concept of “development”, thereby effectively leveraging school evaluations to enhance and guide the quality of basic education.展开更多
