农村中学英语学困生转化之卓越课堂——基于STAD的自主学习模式

素质教育在全国如火如荼地推行,在此背景下,英语教育也强调面向全体学生,然而农村地区的英语素质教育却远非令人满意,由于经济的、家庭的、学校的、社会的等因素,出现了一批又一批的农村中学英语学困生。本文通过对农村中学英语学困生的介绍,对新课改和近几年流行卓越课堂的分析,并结合课改典范学校以及自身的实践经验,提出了STAD与自主学习模式相结合的农村中学英语卓越课堂,以期能够帮助转化农村中学英语学困生。

The Inspirations of LIFT on Marking of EFL Writing in Chinese Secondary Classrooms

What constitutes the most effective marking of EFL learners' writing in secondary schools is still the focus of EFL teachers. Traditional feedback is not as successful as it is expected to be because students haven't concerned themselves with the teacher's comments too much.LIFT(Learner Initiated Feedback Technique), as a creative means of enhancing marking, has been tested and adopted in foreign language teaching. Through the introduction of current conditions of marking of EFL writing, selfcorrection, peer-marking and feedback workshop in EFL secondary classrooms are proposed in light of the theory of LIFT.
