文摘采用传统固相法在1 050℃烧结温度下制备Pb0.995Cd0.005(Zr0.965Ti0.035)O3(PZT)压电陶瓷材料,研究Li_2CO_3的加入对PZT陶瓷材料的烧结和压电、介电性能的影响。结果表明,加入质量分数为0.10%的Li2CO3时Pb0.995Cd0.005(Zr0.965Ti0.035)O3压电陶瓷综合性能最佳:烧结密度为7.46 g/cm3,d33为70 p C/N,εT为273,tanδ=0.020。该材料可作为制备叠层压电陶瓷元器件的候选材料。
