Those complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR and MS. The catalytic asymmetric Friedel-Crafts reaction between 2,6-dimethylphenol and ethyl glyoxalate was examined using those complexes as chiral catalysts. Complex 1 gave the best enantioselectivity with the ee value up to 90%.展开更多
