新一轮审核评估背景下地方高校提高本科教育教学质量的思考

提高本科教育教学质量是我国从“教育大国”转向“教育强国”的必然要求,也是人才强国战略的新时代要求。长期以来,地方高校的发展受到诸多限制,教学质量未得到充分保证。文本对照新一轮审核评估方案,梳理了地方高校在思政教育、课程建设、教学资源、教师队伍、学生发展和质量保障方面普遍存在的短板,并提出了相应对策,旨在为地方高校完善教育教学质量保障体系提供建议。Improving the quality of undergraduate education and teaching is an inevitable requirement for China to shift from a “big country of education” to a “powerful country of education”, and it is also a new era requirement of the strategy of reinvigorating China through human resource development. For a long time, the development of local universities has been subject to many restrictions, and the quality of teaching has not been fully guaranteed. According to the plan of the new round of review and evaluation, we summarize the common shortcomings of local universities in ideological and political education, curriculum construction, teaching resources, teacher team, student development, and quality assurance. Corresponding countermeasures are proposed to provide suggestions for improving the education and teaching quality assurance system in local universities.

内化于心 外化于行--培育和践行社会主义核心价值观校本课程路径探究

中学生是可塑性最强的群体,对青少年学生进行社会主义核心价值观的培养和教育,无疑是一项“功在当代、利在千秋”的奠基工程。由此,我们开展了以“培育和践行社会主义核心价值观”为主题的校本课程,充分发挥学生特色,通过有效利用榜样人物、环境教育、实践活动等重要载体,实现体验式的发展和探索性的学习,探索从人物故事明理到具体行为指导的教育策略,将核心价值观的理念,潜移默化地融入学生的思想和行动,使学生方向不迷失,精神不匮乏,成为公民道德规范的自觉实践者,从而为有效培育和践行社会主义核心价值观提供新的理论视野和现实突破口。
