To optimize the process by chemica pattern recognition method, a superplane model has been proposed: if ML value is determined by just a set of parameters, then, the patterns of high quality products will distribute on a Rieman surface with a certain 'thickness' in the n-dimensional space R^n spanned by a set of parameters.
