Methods: Fifty-four new parachutists were recruited as subjects. They were randomly assigned to 3 groups: control group ,experiment-1 and experiment-2 group. Their blood samples were collected 24 hour before parachute jumping, just before boarding, and immediately after jumping for assessing the plasma levels of AVP, NPY, CGRP, NT, VIP with immunoassay. Results:(1) The plasma levels of AVP, NPY, CGRP, NT and VIP in experiment-1 and experiment-2 group were significantly higher than those of control group. In experiment-2 group the AVP,NPY, CGRP, and VIP plasma levels were significantly higher than those of experiment-1 group . Conclusion: The physiological impacts of parachute jumping on newly recruited parachutists should not be neglected.展开更多

Methods: Fifty-four new airborne were randomly divided into control group, experiment gro up one and experiment group two.10ml blood of median were col lect ed.The ANP,AngⅡand ET level were tested with RIA,and the level of emotion arous al was estimated with questionnaire.R esults : (1)There was a significant increase of plasma ANP,AngⅡ,ET durin g parachute jumping stress. (2) The score of anxiety 24 hour before jumpingwas significantly different from that of immediately after landing. Conclusion: Some kinds of psychological intervene was needed in preventing psychosomatic desease and neuroses during parachute jumping.展开更多

Methods: Subjects were measured under three separate time conditions: 24 hours before parachuting, just boarding aircraft, and immediately after landing. Personality characteristics were measured by EPQ, whereas SHG was assessed by RIA. Results: (1) Levels of SHG were significantly increased at time of boarding the aircraft as compared to 24 hours before parachuting. (2) Excellent military parachutists tended to score high on extraversion, low on psychoticism, and low on emotionality. (3) Lower levels of SHG were obtained for demonstration parachutists as compared to the non-demonstration group. Conclusion: SHG was a sensitive stress index for gauging levels of stress response.展开更多
